I have a habit of coming here on the weekdays because finding parking is a cinch and I can quickly pick up items I want or need. If you come on Friday nights, a lot of people are walking around, especially students. I would be careful about crossing the blocks here because there are many drivers who speed through and don't check the pedestrians. My store highlights are: Doc Martens, POP MART, ZARA, Punchbowl Social, Dog Haus, and the Escape Game. I frequent these places the most! I have also been enjoying their newest addition: Marugame Udon. Sadly, there aren't as many deals here because these aren't the outlet stores. At the time of my review, the Apple Store is currently under construction but they have a pop up located near miniso and POP MART instead. Everything is still kept clean and it's fun to walk around at night. The lights are glittering and sparkling. Amazing outdoor mall.

The landscaping and open-air layout made for a relaxing shopping experience, and everything looked well cared for. There was a nice variety of stores and restaurants, making it easy to spend a few hours here. Parking was convenient, and I appreciated how tidy the common areas and restrooms were. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that a few of the stores I was hoping to visit weren't here, and it got a bit crowded during peak hours. Overall, it's a great place to shop, grab a bite to eat, and enjoy a day outdoors. I'd definitely come back.

The big corporate key tenants so far are CVS, Stater Bros, H&R Block, Starbucks. Plenty of vancancies to occupy and attract eateries like Mod Pizza. Nearest freeway access are the 210 and 15 fwy and historic route 66. I'm looking forward to grocery shopping at Stater Bros who is officially opening in late March '18. Just in time for Spring :)

The Shops at Jurupa Valley has a lot of potential and some great stores, but the overall layout and…read moreplanning leave a lot to be desired. One of the biggest issues is the lack of designated delivery truck areas, which regularly leads to traffic congestion and makes navigating the center frustrating at times. Pedestrian access is another concern--there's no clear or safe sidewalk connection from Mission Blvd over to Target, so you often find yourself walking directly in traffic lanes, which doesn't feel safe at all. There's also a noticeable shortage of trash cans throughout the property, which impacts cleanliness. And while this center has been open for about a year, it's disappointing that public seating areas still haven't been installed. There aren't really any inviting spaces where people can sit, gather, or just enjoy being there. Overall, it feels like the center was built with retail in mind, but not the full community experience. With some thoughtful improvements--better traffic flow, pedestrian safety, and shared spaces--this could be a much more welcoming and functional destination.

In the works to open soon are Ono Hawaiian BBQ, Chipotle, Auto Zone, Five Below, Ross, Burlington coat factory and gas station. Passing by on the freeway I've seen this place develop from a dirt field to this new shopping center. Wonderful and much needed addition to this community. A modern undertaking that has brought new light into this city.
