However, I am in the Upland neighborhood quite regularly. Anyway, I was so excited to find out Sunright Tea Studio made its way to this shopping center over one plus years ago. I did not know, but now I do know, I will have to come by here more often. By the way, Big Lots has closed its doors unfortunately. Stater Bros and Pho Century are still here though. Kohls, Target, Ulta, Nordstrom Rack, TJ Maxx, Tilly's, Dick's Sporting Goods, Office Depot, Petsmart, Home Depot, BevMo, and more. Albertsons is the main supermarket. Banking services... Bank of America, Wells Fargo Bank, Chase Bank are all here. As for eateries... tons of options are available... burgers, pizzas, tacos, sandwiches, yogurt, sushi, BBQ such as Carl's Jr., San Biagio's Pizza, Oggi's Brewing and Pizza Company, Pho King, California Fish Grill, Kuma Sushi, Chick-fil-A, Ono Hawaiian, Yogiyo, and many more you name it. I come here from time to time mainly for shopping at Target, take-out at a few eateries, and banking needs. I love the convenience. I have yet to explore a lot of the other stores and dining options. Most of the center is in Upland, but a portion of it is in Claremont which I did not know until now. No wonder Dog Haus has an address with Claremont as their city. I learned something new today. I like this shopping center because of its location as it's conveniently located right off the freeway. It has Whole Foods 365, Chipotle, Corky's Restaurant, Dog Haus, CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks, US Bank, UPS Store, and a good handful more businesses. Unfortunately, they lost MOD Pizza which I was sad to find out. I was just getting into MOD Pizza. I have yet to offer my patronage and support to all of its businesses. I intend to check out a few more in the near future. My most recent visit was at the Dog Haus on the day the LA Dodgers won their 8th World Series in MLB on 10/30/2024. Congrats LA Dodgers!!!

Prices feel fair, parking is effortless, and you're not spending half your day fighting crowds just to grab a couple things. Even the food options give you a good range, from quick bites to sit-down spots that don't make your wallet cry. It's the kind of place where you walk out feeling like you got everything done without the stress that other malls bring. The ambience has definitely improved. Parts of the mall still have that quiet, echoey vibe, but the updated sections create a nice contrast because they feel bright, clean, and fresh. The lighting is better, the layout feels more open, and it's one of the few malls where you can actually hear yourself think. It has a relaxed energy that makes it easy to stroll around without feeling rushed. You can tell they're still working on polishing everything, but the direction they're going is promising. This village is a very charming back east feeling. It has plenty of cute small village stores with…read moreunique finds. One of my favorites is Jasmine. The 2 bakeries are outstanding but my favorite is Some Crust Bakery. Although Creme bakery is very charming to experience also. I set aside the day to walk the streets to enjoy the old homes along the perimeter of this village. Take note that many movies have used this very location for filming. Look some up to enjoy your experience even more.

It's great for an easy afternoon stroll, grabbing a bite, or just browsing around -- definitely not rushed or crowded like bigger tourist districts. Always feel like there's something new to discover every time I go back.

First time at this plaza, Hubby wanted to quickly get Diet Coke (in my mind, why didn't he just go to 7-Eleven across the?) He noticed "Hey babe, look, Walgreens & CVS in the same place" I thought that was odd. That's akin to having McDonald's & In n Out or even Burger King being in the SAME lot. In any case, it was a total bust, Hubby said there's hardly any inventory for beverages at this location. That was it. Of note, the parking lot has such small stalls that I could barely open the door to our sedan without hitting the car parked next to us. What's more? The huge truck parked next to us almost clipped Hubby's side--thankfully he did not open his door as the lady backed out of her stall. Close call!!!! The chances of us returning to this location might be slim unless it's a necessity.

Vons and Vons Gas are both here. I've never pumped Vons gas because my car may not be okay with gas outside of what it's used to so I just have to be careful. This square is quite big. Besides Taco Man, it also has a Sprouts, Waba Grill, Denny's, Wells Fargo, Dutch Bros, and other services. Funny, I used to live in Upland back in the days. I rarely if seldom visited this square. I am glad it has stand strong over the decades. I'm sure I'll be back for more delicious tacos and coffee if nothing else. Thanks Upland!!!

As for professional services, nail salon, threading, massage spa, cleaners, orthodontics, and others are present. Parking is scattered in various sections. Honestly, I find the layout of this town square to be windy. It primarily serves the residents nearby and locals in the area. Although, visitors from outside are always welcome.
