So I have been to this place multiple times and just decided to look it up for a check in and lo and behold nary a soul had seen or reviewed it O_o ROCKEN!!! First review baby!!! This swanky outdoor set of strip malls bandied together form a nice little economic hub for Upland. The first time I stopped here I went to the supermarket and subway next door on my way up to Wrightwood to go snowboarding... nothing like beer and a sammie while "tailgating it" in the mountains =) I have also stopped in at the jamba juice annd stopped at the carls jr for a friend... But the last two trips my eyes kind of took in this whole place with a slight surprise as they are growing and added a third wing of retail clothing outlets! Pro Tip: Its at Campus and the 210... you cant miss it on the south side of the freeway... Overall being its still got some parts under construction, this is an absolutely awesome place to get whatever you need; Clothes, Toys, Groceries, Restaurants (fast, take-out, and sit down), sporting goods... its basically a widespread three wing mall adding new stuff regularly. I can say if you are cruising through the area and need something that this is an absolutely awesome place to go... It has all the basics needed, lots of parking, grub, easy access (to da freeway perverts!) and a slight view out over the BFIE... Who knows you may even run into me out there sometime randomly.

Conveniently located on the north end of town parallel with the 210 fwy, exit at Campus and jump right in with a well planned retail complex on both sides of street. It's a major site for all of your major restaurants, sporting goods, banking, health stores, gym. Target and Home Depot are of the bigger sites and most recent, a small scale outlet section that includes a few popular stores. The property is broken up into 4 zones and each has it's own list of shops with adequate parking. It really is a nice location with the mountains serving as a backdrop. Some restaurants offer outdoor seating and heat lamps are available during cold months. Future development is in the works to bring a auto dealership and negotiations are currently in progress. This place gets very busy on weekends and tends to attract mostly residents of the area and freeway commuters. Arco AM/PM is on the north end of the property and is the only provider. A much larger property with lot's of pumps to accommodate the volume of cars coming and going. No mechanical services. There is also a relatively new residential master planned gated community adjacent named appropriately "the colonies". It's tucked away and you can't see any homes unless you drive away from the area as you head south you'll see a new development with approximately 500 homes and few townhomes/condos. IMHO - even though I'm a resident to the east in another city, I would much rather come here and do my holiday shopping. I'm a big fan of large parking spaces and this location offers that and considering everything is just within of each other, traffic surveying has help reduce congestion to a minimal. It's working and other cities should come and take notes. A few years ago, Albertson's super market got replaced by another store and it only lasted a year before closing down and I'm not sure why that failed. That space is still vacant and I heard it might have a new tenant coming soon. Despite tenant or not, I like to park here when I ride my bicycle up to Mt Baldy. It's a great location to park and safe with security patrolling. I haven't seen any official "park and ride" signs posted anywhere but I do see a lot of people meeting here early morning and carpooling. Yes, you can find a Starbucks next to the palm trees and it opens at 5AM :) Pura vida :)

Another new business in the Colonies. Yea!

This is *THE* Inland Empire outlet mall, if you want to go on a real shopping spree. You will come…read moreout with at least one shopping bag, or food, when you visit Ontario Mills. I've been to this outlet for over two decades, so I've seen many of the previous shops that left the outlet, as well as the newer ones. But one thing about Ontario Mills is that there's always visitors and shoppers here. I really cannot think of any visit where it was ever empty - maybe closer to closing, but it still manages to stay busy then, too. There's hundreds of variety of stores here, with popular retailers such as: Puma, Nike, Banana Repulbic, GAP, Tommy Hilfiger, Nordstrom Rack, Columbia, Abercrombie (and now Hollister is now also here). You've got so many choices, you just gotta make the time to do your shopping. But other than the stores. I personally come here for the food court. Not that it's anything spectacular, there's Cajun BBQ, Burger King, Hot Dog on a Stick, to name a few, but just a nice open space to just enjoy a meal after shopping. And I've been to plenty of malls to say the dining space is spacious and clean. Parking here will require a drive through the parking rows sometimes, but you'll find parking, depending where you park. This is a very big outlet, so park closest to whichever stores you want to visit. But yeah, this is a great mall and will look forward to future visits.

But this is a Friday night, isn't it supposed to open later so people can come shopping?! we walked the whole mall and saw only 3-4 stores are still open, all other stores were closed (and looked like it's been locked down for a while). so sad.

I was here yesterday and found great parking by Macys and hardly a walk to all the things we wanted to go to. It's really pretty here during the Holidays and I like that they blocked off some streets so people could walk a bit more freely. My favorite is coming on a Saturday or Sunday morning before the crowds start and enjoying a coffee and walking around. Excited to see all the new businesses that recently opened here and check them out.

To the new owners of VG…read more.. I've always enjoyed coming to Victoria Gardens--it's a great place for families, shopping, and spending time outdoors. However, one concern that has become more noticeable over the past year is the lack of enforcement on the main streets. There are frequently vehicles speeding through busy areas where families and children are walking, and many drivers seem more focused on showing off how loud their cars are than driving safely. It's not uncommon to hear multiple cars revving their engines within just a few minutes. This creates a very unsafe environment and takes away from what should be a welcoming community space. Increasing police presence, even for short periods of time, would make a noticeable difference and help deter this behavior. I truly believe Victoria Gardens is a great place, but addressing this issue would go a long way in keeping it safe and enjoyable for everyone.

In the one year that Jen and I have been dating, this place has improved and provided many fun days and nights. The Christmas decorations were wonderful and this past weekend they had the Lunar New Year celebration, with many additional pop-up vendors in the street (closed off for pedestrians). We enjoyed walking, talking and exploring all the additional vendors and also the people (and dog) watching was top notch. Judging by the crowd turnout, I would say that this was a successful event, and I hope they add more events like this going forward. Many great restaurants, shops, craft stores and plaza entertainment. Water fountains and train rides for the kids (and some adults too). Whether you come here to dine, shop or just hang out and enjoy the weather with others, this place is a solid choice.

The selection isn't huge like the major SoCal shopping giants, but the stores they do have are genuinely useful. You've got a solid mix of clothing spots, beauty, shoes, tech, a few unique boutiques, and enough anchor stores to make it easy to get what you need without hopping all over town. It feels very practical, like a mall that understands everyday errands instead of trying too hard to be something it isn't. Value wise, it's honestly one of the better malls in the area. Prices feel fair, parking is effortless, and you're not spending half your day fighting crowds just to grab a couple things. Even the food options give you a good range, from quick bites to sit-down spots that don't make your wallet cry. It's the kind of place where you walk out feeling like you got everything done without the stress that other malls bring. The ambience has definitely improved. Parts of the mall still have that quiet, echoey vibe, but the updated sections create a nice contrast because they feel bright, clean, and fresh. The lighting is better, the layout feels more open, and it's one of the few malls where you can actually hear yourself think. It has a relaxed energy that makes it easy to stroll around without feeling rushed. You can tell they're still working on polishing everything, but the direction they're going is promising. Overall, Montclair Place feels like a mall in transition, but in a good way. It gives you convenience, decent variety, comfortable ambience, and a calm experience that's rare these days. I'll definitely keep coming back because I can see the progress, and I'd be happy to update my review as they continue improving.
