In the one year that Jen and I have been dating, this place has improved and provided many fun days and nights. The Christmas decorations were wonderful and this past weekend they had the Lunar New Year celebration, with many additional pop-up vendors in the street (closed off for pedestrians). We enjoyed walking, talking and exploring all the additional vendors and also the people (and dog) watching was top notch. Judging by the crowd turnout, I would say that this was a successful event, and I hope they add more events like this going forward. Many great restaurants, shops, craft stores and plaza entertainment. Water fountains and train rides for the kids (and some adults too). Whether you come here to dine, shop or just hang out and enjoy the weather with others, this place is a solid choice.

I have such vivid memories of hanging out at Cue to take sticker photos (purikura) with friends, grabbing drinks and playing cards for hours at Ten Ren's Tea, and browsing through all the cool Japanese lifestyle goods at Life Plaza. While the shops have changed over the years and the plaza looks different now, the vibe remains special. Even though the "old" spots are gone, I still find myself coming back constantly. Every corner of this place is filled with memories of growing up. It's rare to find a place that evolves with the times while still making you feel so nostalgic. Still my favorite place to hang out!

So many great businesses that have come and gone and so many years of my life spent here, great memories, sad memories, and memories with people who are no longer in my life. When I had to live in the horrific midwest, I would await the day I get to visit Diamond Plaza again. But that's just rose colored glasses. Yes, lots of businesses and some really good eateries have come and gone (crazy that Gen and Ten Ren's got eliminated), but now the plaza is SUPER FISTED. Probably due to the Chubby Cattle and the popularity of the other places to grab dinner and go to the Duo Duo Snacks. I used to be able to finesse parking in the back area or to the side near the freeway, but now you have to circle around much more often and the parking pit can't guarantee anything to you. Alongside parking being a PvP zone and no regard for human life, you gotta really watch yourself. I'm glad Sul and Beans is still around and that regardless of all the changes, you can always guarantee that there's good food here. Big fan of the Duo Duo Snacks, and it's nice that there's an anime store here (though the prices are a bit high and it's filled with mostly shonen slop).

Love the deli area with lots of kimchi and banchan that you can get to go. Seafood section is really fresh and you can get sashimi there as well. I have been to Crossroads Marketplace in Chino Hills from time to time primarily for Costco, Costco…read moreGas (huge space with 32 gas pumps!), Tasty Spot Cafe (previously known as Delicious Food Corner), Thaitwist, Meet Fresh, 85 Bakery, Dollar Tree, and a few other restaurants that I can't seem to remember their biz names right now. This marketplace is located at the heart of Chino Hills Trade area. It's on the north side of the city with easy access to two major freeways, SR 60 and SR-71. Besides the businesses mentioned above, other major tenants include Lowe's, PetSmart, America's Tire, UPS, GNC, Coldstone, Wendy's, etc. There is also a section that's going through a redevelopment phase due to businesses that have closed down within the last couple years. I don't live near the Chino Hills area, but I am always open to venturing out to different cities and seeing what they have to offer especially for dining. This marketplace offers quite a bit.
