Very fun plaza but the entrance is abit odd and small. Location is right next to the freeway and behind the gas station with one lane entrance and 2 lanes exit. They do have big parking lot and parking garage but somehow still lack of parking due to popular restaurants and others. Great restaurants to try out, game stores, tea & desserts places. Overall, enjoyable place to entertain for families and friends for sure.

Fantastic plaza with an unbelievable variety of dining, dessert, and shopping options. Was busy but parking was extremely plentiful and easy in the underground space. Looking forward to trying out all the spots in this area! Conveniently located off the 60.

After hearing the horror stories about the lunch and dinner rush parking, I decided to come midday before dinner. It's pretty much like Diamond Jamboree in Irvine. They even have Diamond in the names! There's a couple of hot pot places, some kind of bakery, sushi place, cosmetic stores and dessert/milk tea. They even both share useless 2nd stories that most people don't even go up to. They both also have some kind of parking g structure that probably gets jam packed during rush hours. However, what sets Diamond Plaza apart from Diamond Jamboree is the selection of restaurants. Sure, they both have hot pot places, but the Plaza had Boiling Point and even Gen KBBQ. Their dessert places are also superior to the Jamboree location with a "Fresh" Lollicup, a Ten Ren's Tea Time, Creamistry, and two shaved ice places (BlackBall and Bean & Sul). There's also more outside seating in the Plaza vs. Jamboree. If I didn't work all the way in Irvine, the Plaza would be the place to be! Hopefully, Diamond Jamboree takes a couple notes from it's Diamond cousin.

Diamond Plaza is located quite conveniently to the 60 freeway and is home to a various of eateries that include Tokyo Shabu Shabu, Creamistry, Boiling Point, Ten Ren, President Thai and New Capital Seafood. There are also a few clothing and accessory shops here (which I have never shopped in because I am only here for the food). There is plenty of parking, including underground. I think most people do not know about the underground (or just do not want to) and prefer to park there instead of trying to circle around looking for parking. Overall, this plaza is nice if you are looking to catch a meal (or perhaps some tea). But other than that, there isn't too much going on.

Fail parking job.. Lol.

More like the Dying Plaza... Everything is closing down.. Infinity Arcade is no longer there. That Plaza Walk area is closed down. And that bakeshop also closed down too. Sadness. Restaurants have come and gone there. There is only two reasons why I still go to that plaza.. Ten Ren and New Capital for dimsum. Other than those 2 things, it would be better to just hit up Yes Plaza or that plaza on Gale with Tea Station and Jazz Cat. Hopefully with the addition of that new revolving sushi restaurant this place will get some life back. But its hard for Diamond Plaza to compete against the other plaza's because it just looks run down now compared to the other ones. Definitely in need of a face lift.. lol Even with all the open spots people still suck at parking. (check out the picture i uploaded). And don't forget to look out for cars. Cause even when it says one way, people don't listen and will still drive on the wrong side. And come on people! Drive on the right side of the island when your leaving! The left side is for people trying to get into the plaza. The right side of the island is for people like you that are trying to leave. I'll see you again Diamond Plaza... But only to go to Ten Ren and/or New Capital. Hopefully you'll have your shine again!

Many restaurants to visit. There is even underground parking. It has been very crowded ever since the new Japanese Wagu restaurant opened.

(channeling my Bryan Lloyd Danielson wwe voice) Location/Parking: Located on the SW corner of Fullerton Rd. and Colima. Believe it or not, but this location had "Life Plaza" back in the days. Parking can be hard to find during peak times. Some Establishments Currently Located In The Plaza: BCD, Banana Bay, Tastea. and Matcha Cafe Maiko, to name a few. Ambiance/Decor: Pretty cool ambiance/decor. They have a section of the plaza that has a beautifully designed outdoor patio area, which is perfect for enjoying meals al fresco. The vibrant neon lights add an enchanting touch to the atmosphere, especially at night, creating a lively and festive mood. I feel like I'm going to trigger a sleeper agent here, but if you remember Cue! and MVP shooters, then you have elite ball knowledge and know what this plaza was like in its prime. If you go here at an off time or mostly during the weekdays, parking is doable, but if you're here on a Friday night or weekend, good luck, it can become a PvP zone here and there are many many cars that aren't compact parking in the compact section. During a particularly busy night, I've even seen shattered glass from a car that was broken into despite there being so many cars and people around, so be careful! As for value, there's a good chunk of casual eats and treats here (currently) that aren't too pricy like the new Chinese snack shop, Matcha Maiko, Honu Hawaiian, and Boba Ave 8090, and some slightly nicer eats like Sushi Rev and Yumiyaki (soon another Chubby Cattle Empire restaurant is joining this plaza). There's Korean tofu soup, Thai food, ice cream, congee, skewers, lots of businesses open later at night, and a little bit of shopping. Lots of memories made here.

They even offer three popular boba tea selections like Chagee, Heytea, and The Alley. It's basically a rich people mall like Valley Fair in San Jose, but has free parking. There weren't a lot of seats for this big mall. They should add more benches to the outdoor grassy area and some shade. It's a really posh mall since their renovation. There's a bus stop located in front of Macy's parking lot, which you can travel around Orange County with the OC Bus and SGV with Foothill Transit. He went above and beyond and represents what customer service should look like. That said, I had a different experience with one of the male managers. I asked him for help finding a compression shirt -- something I'm sure he could have easily assisted with -- but to my surprise, I didn't get any help. I came in ready to spend money, as I usually do in your store, but after that interaction I'm reconsidering and may take my business elsewhere. To the manager who helped me -- keep up the great work. To leadership: consistent service across your team matters, because loyal customers notice the difference. dick's Sporting Goods has a great looks has to get some correction.

In the one year that Jen and I have been dating, this place has improved and provided many fun days and nights. The Christmas decorations were wonderful and this past weekend they had the Lunar New Year celebration, with many additional pop-up vendors in the street (closed off for pedestrians). We enjoyed walking, talking and exploring all the additional vendors and also the people (and dog) watching was top notch. Judging by the crowd turnout, I would say that this was a successful event, and I hope they add more events like this going forward. Many great restaurants, shops, craft stores and plaza entertainment. Water fountains and train rides for the kids (and some adults too). Keep in mind that the four-way intersection here can be one of the worst. Some people don't follow stop signs. There's also people that make "invisible stop signs" on lanes where they actually have the right of way to just go. Now everyone gets confused. It's never really that busy but the whole caterpillar line of cars extending from the stoplights makes it seem so. It's best to have patience otherwise you'd come out of there pretty angry. If there is extreme traffic and I really need to exit, I just go all the way out to the far end of the shopping center (where Ruby Tuesdays used to be) and make a right from there. Overall, this is a decent shopping center with a bit of variety. It's viciously local to me so it's very convenient!
