Annually there's a Hickory Farms display, the mall also has Easter Bunny and Santa photos during the Easter and Christmas season. They've cleaned up an area and made a proper children's play area next to the anime shop by the food courts. It just seems run down. I try not to go to this mall if I don't have to. I've noticed that the external doors look unclean, I'm not sure why they look so bad. It makes the mall look abandoned. There's also Dick Sporting Goods, Macy's and I believe JCPENNEY is still connected to the mall. There's several new clothing stores and shoe stores. There's jewelry stores, massage stores and eyeglasses stores.

After my items were rang up, I wasn't sure if my 10% had been accounted for. Maria was kind and patient and said it hadn't been accounted for. She asked me to open the app, and she asked permission to touch my phone before she swiped and showed me where the offer had to be activated by me. Then she scanned the barcode in the app, and I saw the discount applied. I appreciate Maria's patience and respect. She didn't just put her fingers on my phone, she asked for permission. She's definitely a rare gem. When I left the store, I looked at my receipt and realized I had been charged twice for toilet paper, and we had only purchased one. I returned to the store (about three minutes later) and explained the situation. Customer service was efficient, and completed my refund since I was incorrectly charged for two. Thank you, Target, for allowing my family and I to purchase items in a clean store and feel respected while we did it. There are a lot of misplaced items although the whole time we were there the employees were running past us with hands full of items to put back so at least they're putting in the effort to keep it organized. The sections that hold the clothes are so narrow, only one person can fit at a time so if you're next to someone and want to pass them, you have to go all the way around and enter on the other side. I imagine this is due to the small size of the store but I could see this being a nightmare when they're packed. The dressing rooms are awkward and a bit dirty. They have no AC running in that area so changing clothes felt very uncomfortable as the temperature hit you. The line wasn't terrible but they have most of the employees restocking so the checkouts were fairly empty. I'll keep coming back for the deals! I went home with so many clothes.

It contains a very good mix of shopping, entertainment, and dining options all in one place. It is conveniently located south of the Mall of Victor Valley along Interstate 15 freeway. Drivers can see most of the businesses from the freeway. Just to name some great businesses that anchor this plaza... Lowe's Home Improvement, Kohl's, Walmart, Michael's Crafts, Staples, Cracker Barrel, BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse, Pancho Villa's Fresh Grill and Tequila, Panera Bread, Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steak Burgers, The Original Roadhouse Grill, etc. Tons of free parking available. I have offered my patronage and support to some of these biz in the past. There are still some biz I have not entertained... maybe I will one day. It's a perfect place for local residents for day to day visits and non-resident visitors to stop by for shopping and dining on their way to and from Las Vegas. Come on by and check it out! I purchased a generator in Humboldt while camping, our generator gave up the ghost while out and I needed a replacement. I grabbed the only one they had from the closest store, which was 1 hour away from our camping site. After getting it all the way to our campsite, I find oil all over the unit and bed of my truck. The oil that came with it had broken open and covered everything. Not a huge deal, but there was no way I was driving another 2 hour round trip to get oil. So we just dealt with it. The unit was never used. I called customer service and explained what happened, and they said I could return it to any store, and that I did not have to drive back to the store I purchased it. Great right? Well not if you take it to the Hesperia store. I immediately get told we do not take back used generators. Explained it had not been used, it was in the condition it was purchased 3 days before. The person would not budge, even after I showed my receipt and a picture of the oil all over my truck and the condition of the unit when purchased. I asked him to show me where on their website it said "no returns on generator" and he got very combative and walked away. I called customer service at corporate, and they said they could not override the store and would escalate to the district manager. So now I sit here waiting for someone to make a decision, that according to their own website should not even require any thought at all. Your website says clearly I can return it and the item is not on their non return list. I am going to file a consumer complaint with the AG office and also file a consumer complaint with the BBB. Based upon all the negative reviews, I do not see this being resolved at the store level. I see no reason to purchase from a company whose corporate policy is to ignore its own written policies.

The problem was when the registers went back online the line started backing up so the girls started doing one line which that was fine they were just trying to get everybody quickly and fairly and then a manager came up I don't remember her name and scold their register girls in front of everybody and used foul language she's rude and embarrassed the girls at the registers. Manager is very unprofessional!!!!!
