My Favorite Store ! I love coming to this Target as soon as I walk in security or a Target employee greets me & they have associates on the floor willing and wanting to help without an attitude. They have so many brands to choose from where there selection's seems to grow with new products monthly. Value it's a little pricey but again what's price really matter when there's so many different products to choose from ! Instead of heading to Walmart for your needs switch on over to Target & spend an extra two or three bucks for a variety of brands and products. read more

Maria provided great customer service to our family today. I am a veteran, and in the Target app, I was given 10% off for two purchases between 10/29 and 11/11. After my items were rang up, I wasn't sure if my 10% had been accounted for. Maria was kind and patient and said it hadn't been accounted for. She asked me to open the app, and she asked permission to touch my phone before she swiped and showed me where the offer had to be activated by me. Then she scanned the barcode in the app, and I saw the discount applied. I appreciate Maria's patience and respect. She didn't just put her fingers on my phone, she asked for permission. She's definitely a rare gem. When I left the store, I looked at my receipt and realized I had been charged twice for toilet paper, and we had only purchased one. I returned to the store (about three minutes later) and explained the situation. Customer service was efficient, and completed my refund since I was incorrectly charged for two. Thank you, Target, for allowing my family and I to purchase items in a clean store and feel respected while we did it. The store is usually very clean. The problem is in the grocery department and their constant out of stocks. When I ask employees for items, they don't have any left and if I ask a vendor they tell me that they aren't allowed to bring in enough. In stock conditions are huge in customer satisfaction. Target has many things that I love buying but trying to find your favorite soda or energy drink or stuff for the kid's lunches isn't going to happen on a consistent basis. So we have to go to another store just to get what we want. Target's prices are competitive with a wide range of household items and school supplies. They just need to do better with product availability. read more

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience last night. I've been a target customer for over 20 years. I've never been so humiliated in my life. Around 9:45pm, we rushed to target to grab my daughter's last-minute dress for her sister's sweet 16 party. After finding 3 dresses, we asked if we could use the fitting room. However, the employee informed us they were closed for the night. To our advantage, my daughter had on a slim fit pajama outfit, which easily glided under the dresses she was trying on. After trying on the second dress, we were approached by the same employeewhot told us the fitting room was closed. But this time, she's sternly forbid my daughter from trying on the clothes outside the fitting room. She said the sole purpose of the store, closing the fitting room, was to cut back on the amount of go backs and extra work employees endured at closing time. However, we still had an hour before the store closed, and we were putting back the dresses she didn't want. The employee stood firm on her decision to stop my 12 years old from trying on the close in the store. She then called security, and he demanded that we leave the entire store! I immediately requested a manager! Hoping it was an adult considering these were two kids/teenagers who clearly need a briefing on how it is never the customers concern about their workload and if I choose to take 5 candles to the register and leave them in the wrong place or 3 dresses to a different area, that's not a justifiable reason to call security and put me out the store!! The security rebuttled that the manager was busy, and I needed to wait outside for about 40 minutes! I kindly declined and said, " I'll wait in line for her." While in the extremely long line with only 1 cashier, the security officer stood within inches of me and my daughters as if we were stealing! He was making a complete spectacle of us in front of the entire store! After approximately 7 min, not 40, the manager arrived. She quickly assessed the ridiculous behavior from the 2 employees. She stated that when she was paged to the front of the store, she was told that we were stripped naked in public. She closed out my purchase of the 2 items. And we left the store at 10:25pm After rethinking the whole situation, I will be returning not just the 2 dresses but everything I can find in my house from Target! I don't think I'll ever revisit again. I actually feel quite disappointed in myself, considering I was told I shouldn't be shopping at Target anyways. As for the 2 disgruntled employees, they need to understand the significance of each and every individual that steps into the store. As recent boycott statistics have shown, the impact of small single purchases can be astonishing when multipled as a group. read more

They had 2 gave one to us and one to them. Turned out the other customer decided that they wanted 2 , even though I heard them tell him the only needed 1. Always 2 check stands open , you're in line for close to an hour then they open check stands, don't turn the lights on and everybody else that just walked up they take rather than the ones that have been standing in line. I stopped in here to use their restroom while I waited for the car to finish charging at the nearby Tesla Supercharger station. The restroom was not very clean, but I've definitely seen worse. I was going to buy a prepackaged drink or snack, but I eventually got in line to get a drink at the Starbucks that was located near the entrance. The blonde woman who venders in the card/blind bag aisle is unbelievably rude! I walked by the blind bag aisle to skim over the bag clips when she harshly approached me to let me know that the aisle was closed and there was a line out the door for the aisle. I was unaware that the line outside was for the aisle, I had never seen this happen before. I understand controlling lines and protecting ur stock from people who want to cut in to get their share of cards, but She had such a rude tone and practically barked that information at me. I was unaware that the day I came in was a restock day for cards and there was no clear indication that the aisle was blocked off as I went into the aisle through the opposite side and entered the target though the Starbucks entrance away from the line. She was standing off to the side of the aisle or end cap since it's such a small space by the checkouts and the moment she saw me, she strides down like I was trying to sneak my way in! I was not there for cards I was actually on my way to the birthday aisle and saw the bag clips were stocked up. She made it seem like she supplied the entire aisle. She informed me so rudely that it ruined my whole day and I walked right out the store before doing any shopping. I then spoke to management about it and they were very sympathetic, but ultimately it was a corporate problem. They should really look into who venders in their store as none of them knew who she was outside of just being a card supplier. Such a wicked attitude towards someone who was unaware of ur closed aisle that had no sign or was even remotely sectioned off. I had I had known that people line up outside and track every restock over children's collector cards, I would've steered clear of target and that woman. read more

I go to target pick up weekly I enjoy asking employees how their day is and exchanging small pleasantries until.... Francisco. Apparently he was hell bent on making sure I knew (against the apps directions) to keep driving until a spot opens cause he couldn't be bothered to follow target protocol. He ignored my pleasantries and gave attitude like he was Paris Hilton circa 2008. If I see you Francisco I will make sure I park far and blast Celine Dion as loud as my speakers go and won't ask you about your day. Just a heads up but we bought what we thought was a brand new clorox toilet bowl cleaner and plunger set only to open it up and find out it was a used plunger set. Nothing like finding someone elses excrement on what should have been a brand new plunger. I'm thoroughly disgusted. Not even looking for a refund as I have enough money that handling this is excrement covered plunger isn't worth it to me. I've already disposed of it. Just looking for an explanation on how a used/returned plunger was restocked to the shelf. And to the person who returned this item- you are complete scum. read more

This target is awful. I don't know who is managing it or filling orders, but they're not doing a good job. Everytime I go in to this target, it's always low on stock of children's items... and bullseye items. They constantly change where they're putting the clearance clothes. Some are in the department they're from and others get moved all together with every clothing department (gender/sizes) on the same racks. I'm not sure why they even have a cafe anymore. It's 2023 and you can't buy a fountain drink there STILL. The area that was once for the cafe is for the curbside pick up now. It's an eye sore, it looks extremely cluttered. They don't sell icees anymore, and they usually don't even have the Pizza Hut items out or a worker there. Half the time the cafe is closed. read more

This location is severely short-staffed. The wait time this morning at 8:30 a.m. was 20 minutes for 4 grocery items, as there was only one cashier. You could tell she hated her job as she just slamned my items on the counter with no apology for the wait time. I came here today while passing through to pick up a few items. The store overall was very clean and organized and easy to figure out where everything was despite the layout being different than my normal target. The cashier who helped me, Cari was extremely kind and quick at getting customers out. Even when a customer who was waiting next to her because she forgot her card was being irate and yelling at her she still continued to be professional and kind to the lady. The cashier handled the situation better than I ever would have, and it definitely deserved to be recognized! read more

Don't even bother with drive up. Nearly every time you'll have 12-14 people waiting in their car for their drive up order. On top of that, they never verify the order with you. So I can just be anybody and take the order. Selection of products is fine. They have what you need most times. And the value is great cmon it's target. But get your staff together Target read more

Mediocrity at its best. Long lines at checkout and more than half of the self checkout terminals not logged in. Shopping carts filthy. Staff were reasonably friendly. Convenient parking. And there are electric vehicle chargers in the lot. Selection is average target, but happy to see everything is not locked up. Prices are the same as they are everywhere. read more

I've been coming to this location for years as I live nearby. I used to go to the one in Victorville but since they shut it down I've been going to this location as it's the closest to me. It used to be a decent Target, but as of late, it's been horrible. My last trip, the carts are nowhere to be found in the corral. We had to walk outside to get one. The store's inventory is constantly low. And that's everything, from bad grocery selection to pokemon cards. The self checkou5 had a line wrapping around into the isles and only 4 registers open with those lines also leading into the isles. You might think I'm crazy for saying this but as of late Walmart has had better inventory. I won't be going to this location anymore until they get their stuff together. On the bright side, the employees are respectful and helpful. Unfortunately this is the only good thing I can say right now. Side Note: I work construction for Target and have seen many Targets all over Southern/ Northen California. The young woman up front is not trained well, they cant find prescriptions, say they never recieve them. Delay your medication refusing to fill them. If you get upset they give you conflicting stories that differ from 4 wks prior. You ask for a manager and you literally have to come back to be gaslit about what happened the day prior. Put my name in the computer wrong and did not change it so every time i have the same problem.. blew up when i called to ask if they had my missing prescriptions on my true last name. Manager is a huge problem at this location. Does not matter what you are asking or speaking to her about if she feels like you think something is wrong, she yells and gaslights you and makes you feel bad. Had me in tears for asking to check the computer to see if there was a profile under my real last name. Anger and personality issues. Dont go here if you can go somewhere else. I am not medication for ptsd and she truly triggered and harmed me mentally. read more

I came here for a drive up pick up order and it was pouring rain. Every stall in the drive up area was taken. Austin was one of the team members delivering orders to cars. He was freaking awesome!!! Again, checkout is bad. I tried to use the self checkout and was told only 10 items and no cash- card only. I had 20 items. There were only two cashier lines open and at least 7 people deep. I asked the cashier about opening new lines and she shrugged it off. I then caught a supervisor and he said he was off the clock and would pass it on. No help. read more

If I have the extra time I like to check out the Super Target at least once if I'm near one to see what things they offer that mine doesn't. This parking lot is huge and east to find space. I liked this Target so much that when I had to come back to town I picked a hotel close to it. It really has everything I appreciate in a Target - lots of convenient parking, a ton of selection, and very clean. I was actually rather envious of their grocery selection noting that theirs was much, much larger then the closest one to my home. I wish I could have as much selection as they have here! The store was always clean every time I walked into it which is huge for me. I liked that I could easily find anything I wanted or needed. The checkout lines were always very dauntingly long and with only one exception the line moved very quickly. The one exception I am not sure what happened so it seemed like an outlier. Due to COVID restrictions there are some changes. The convenience food options in the front were closed or lowly stocked. I swear that Pizza Hut never had anything out. But it's ok that's not a driver for me to go to Target. The lines are monitored with someone sending people to each line. This is to keep with social distancing. Large plexiglas shields separate the person from the cashier but that worked ok. All in all it was my go-to food and alcohol stop while in the Hesperia area! read more
