I love how curated everything feels, from the furniture to the smaller decorative pieces that somehow convince me I need them. One of the best parts is the generous sale section, which often has genuinely great deals on beautiful items if you're willing to dig a little. The store itself is large and thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to browse without feeling cramped or rushed. Worst customer service I've ever experienced shopping at a shoe store!!!!!!…read more Firstly, there were (2) sales people neither of which were helping any of the customers. I browsed and found a shoe that I liked. I walked up to the counter and asked what the largest size was it that they carried. The girl without being friendly at all said " size 10 if we have it" and stood there. I said, "Can you check on these?" and she looked totally irritated. She retrieved one shoe and handed it to me. I looked at her confused. I asked, " Who tries on one shoe can I get the other one please?" She sighed as if irritated that I wanted to try on both shoes ....REALLY?!!!!! She began taking the wrapping off when I told her to forget it. I'm not spending my money here you're totally rude. I will never go in this store again and give money to an establishment that hires terrible sales reps.

Maria provided great customer service to our family today. I am a veteran, and in the Target app, I…read morewas given 10% off for two purchases between 10/29 and 11/11. After my items were rang up, I wasn't sure if my 10% had been accounted for. Maria was kind and patient and said it hadn't been accounted for. She asked me to open the app, and she asked permission to touch my phone before she swiped and showed me where the offer had to be activated by me. Then she scanned the barcode in the app, and I saw the discount applied. I appreciate Maria's patience and respect. She didn't just put her fingers on my phone, she asked for permission. She's definitely a rare gem. When I left the store, I looked at my receipt and realized I had been charged twice for toilet paper, and we had only purchased one. I returned to the store (about three minutes later) and explained the situation. Customer service was efficient, and completed my refund since I was incorrectly charged for two. Thank you, Target, for allowing my family and I to purchase items in a clean store and feel respected while we did it. On another note, it was pretty cool to see the samples of cat food and chocolate being offered at the front of the store near produce. Thanks again.

If I see you Francisco I will make sure I park far and blast Celine Dion as loud as my speakers go and won't ask you about your day. I've tried calling the store twice to alert management, so this is what this has come to. You will remember this day, I'm there every week and I will remind you.

Really cool that they have a "cowboy hat bar" where they customize everything for you from the shape of the top, the color, accessories, the "belt", feathers, and much more. Lots of other "casual cowboy" themed goods, fashion apparel, and accessories. Not sure if that's what it's called, but from an outsider POV that's what it was giving. Shop is organized and clean and staff was friendly and welcomed us in. Everything is a bit pricey, but with how niche this fashion genre is (most in comparison to more common fashion) and the level of customizability and quality, I suppose it makes sense.
