The mexican lady that works in the front of the store (cashier) is lovely. She answers all your questions and is very helpful. You can tell she either likes her job or just knows how to provide excellent customer service. Treating your customers with respect and greeting them is very important to have a successful business. If you have helpers that work for you that do not acknowledge your customers or try to help them, you will not succeed. I watched for a while and they did the same thing to other customer. I was thinking and making an assumption, no wonder it is probably dead in here. This younger generation is distracted by electronics and do not know how to interact with people in the real world.
