So many clothes! They have a very large selection and you can't argue with the prices! There are a lot of misplaced items although the whole time we were there the employees were running past us with hands full of items to put back so at least they're putting in the effort to keep it organized. The sections that hold the clothes are so narrow, only one person can fit at a time so if you're next to someone and want to pass them, you have to go all the way around and enter on the other side. I imagine this is due to the small size of the store but I could see this being a nightmare when they're packed. The dressing rooms are awkward and a bit dirty. They have no AC running in that area so changing clothes felt very uncomfortable as the temperature hit you. The line wasn't terrible but they have most of the employees restocking so the checkouts were fairly empty. I'll keep coming back for the deals! I went home with so many clothes. read more

***This review is for their shoes section only*** We normally don't shop at Ross, but my youngest daughter needed some new boots. We were just at Marshall's and nothing there. So here we are at Ross. OMG... shoe section is even worst here than their next door neighbor. They do have the sizes in their respective aisles, but within the sizes, they have all sorts of shoes, but I guess that's how they run their shoe section, too. They just don't have the inventory of each brand of shoes available. It's really hard to shop for shoes here, too. We ended up walking through all the aisles and no cigar, again! I left so upset at how an issue was handled, I came back to return my items. As always, I have to really look around to put an outfit together at Ross, which I love because I do get a discount however, while I was in the dressing room, someone took sandals out of my cart. The first manager I spoke with seemed eager to helped me, but after standing in line and purchasing the items I did have, I asked to speak to a manager again to see if I could be assisted in any way. Staff is racist. My wife daughter and mother in law came in to shop while we were charging our car. When completed my father in law and I came in to use the restroom. My father in law came in five seconds ahead of me, when I came in Taren the greeter told me "the restroom was closed" she then called an associate and they made a production of speaking over their radio system and told me again "it was closed for the night". While my father in-law (who isn't black) had no problems using the restroom, the black guy (me) was told the restroom was closed. When my father in-law returned I asked him if he used the restroom loud enough to ensure the Taren and cashier heard his response, it was suddenly open. read more

For starters, its Ross, not Saks. Not as bad as buying your clothes at lets say Walmart, not quite as good as Marshalls or TJ Maxx, but its in our area and you can find some brand name items. My highlight would have to be a pair of Rock & Republic jeans on clearance for $9 and for my man a big selection of size 13+ shoes which is impossible to find. If we had better options in the area I would not bother to come here, but being in the HD we come here every so often to have a look. read more

I'm going to recommend Ross because it is hands down one of my favorite stores for so many grab and go items. But I have a freaking complaint I frequently buy sandals cuz let's face it they're cute and inexpensive however I am so freaking tired of the damn Ross tag and a big old circle with the size of the shoe at the heel of the shoe why can't you put that s*** at the bottom of the shoe we're smart enough to look at the entire shoe top and bottom to find the price and the tag. Also trying to get those b****** off is another whole situation I've seen other people walking in raw shoes big old tag flapping. Ross train your people to put the tags at the bottom of the shoes your customers would appreciate it and haven't said all of that y'all are my number one go to store and I'm your number one fan. read more

The staff here are not polite. Today, the receipt printer ran out of paper and they were having a difficult time reprinting my receipt. The lady helping the cashier asked me how much I paid I said about 80 something dollars. After like 15 minutes she was able to print it out for me. She handed me the receipt and was like your total was $96. Like somehow it was my fault or relevant to the fact that their printer ran out of paper. Even if I gave her the wrong price it shouldn't matter. She should've been able to reprint my receipt in a timely manner or looked it up another way. Not even an apology was given to the fact that I had to wait a long ass time for my receipt. We come here often, we like to window shop. Lately more then just window shopping, really like to come and look, see if I find something cheap. This store is pretty organized they don't have so much stuffed on the racks. That can be a plus but at the same time is not, the other Ross on Bear Valley seems to have more to choose from. read more

Robin of the night shift is very rude she had problems with another customer and she took it out on my wife and myself don't shop here it's always dirty and they have cloths all over the floor i don't understand why she was rushing if they still have to organize before they leave. Terrible customer service. While listening owing the ought the racks 2 spectate employees ran into me and didn't apologize. I tried to ask for assistants - nope. The apparently couldn't be bothered. Last visit here was during the holidays 2016 when it was hustle, bustle busy, wildly rummaged & chaotic. Friday 3/10 I stopped in for a quick shop visit, the store is looking even less kept. So many shelves sloppy and littered with very limited selections. Prices climbing higher for their designer shoes, purses and perfumes. Their clothing is in sections based on juniors, womens, children, mens/boys....YET is always in disarray. The women's selection for spring dresses here is WEAK, not to mention the quality construction of the garments are definitely lacking. However, IF one has time to search through all the racks in hopes of finding a couple garments in one's fitted size, Good Luck! As it is indeed a Gamble~ What a shame.... Not-so-much the gem of savings it once was. It's a rummage store with occasional savings. Ross is rusting around the edges. read more

Since becoming a business owner a year ago, 80 hour work weeks, no time to go out, no clubbing, no dates, having put on a good 40 pounds from stress eating, anytime I wanna buy new clothes (Pants, work shirts, socks, undershirts, work shoes, etc) Ross has been my best friend, Mostly liquidated clothing, wrong sizing, imperfect stitching, but who cares! It's so cheap, wear it 10 or so times and it's garbage, it's exactly what I need right now. Once I lose the extra pounds and get back the sexy body I once had I'll have no problem dropping 2-3 hundred bucks on an outfit but for the fat/broke/careless me this is more than enough. Problem is you gotta come often and only buy 1 or 2 things at a time if you want the best they have to offer, I feel like they never release large amounts of designer brands at once they hide a few pieces here and there to keep you looking. read more

The lines are always so long in here! I never learn my lesson, always thinking I'll pop in, I usually find a couple things I want to buy but after seeing or sometimes even waiting in the line forever I put my things back and leave.
