It's already hard enough trying to buy nice flowers online. This company failed me, and my trust of online ordering anymore. Back in the day, you could order flowers online anywhere and the bouquets they delivered were stunning. Now a day, people just don't care anymore about good customer service, and actually trying to make their customers happy with a good product.
