I cannot stress this enough--DO NOT book with Carmen's Party Supply…read more I placed an order for chairs and tables ahead of time for an important event, and everything was confirmed. The day of delivery, they showed up only to suddenly say, "Oh, we should have told you we don't deliver to apartments." That was NEVER mentioned when I booked. How do you wait until the day of the event to say something like that? I tried to work with them and guide the driver so we could still make it happen, but he was extremely rude, sounded irritated, and then literally hung up on me mid-conversation. After that, no call back, no update--nothing. When we finally got in touch again, he casually said he had already left, like it was no big deal. Meanwhile, we were left scrambling last minute trying to figure out seating for our guests. It caused unnecessary stress and put our entire event at risk. Completely unacceptable. Carmen's Party Supply agreed to the order, failed to deliver, and showed zero accountability or professionalism. If you care about your event at all, save yourself the stress and book somewhere else.

Gift missed the birthday, but I told them it should be soon. Now, I finally got an email saying they are out of stock and to disregard how it said they shipped it. Seriously? All numbers are available, large ball stars are $30 ($33 if you want to customize the character and colors; allow 1 week for custom orders), and large other shapes including my chosen Wednesday piñata are $40. Other cute options in stock were a cactus, unicorn, dia de los muertes girl, etc. They receive new piñata shipments from Mexico every Friday, and the contents of each shipment are not known in advance, so you'll likely have the most selection on Friday/Saturday. The stick/rope/bandana bundle is $8, and they charge an additional 4% service charge. Service was knowledgeable and helpful.

Wow!! What a gem of a store…read more If you need decorations of any sort for your party and/or other festive events, this is definitely a place to visit. Thank you to my good friend Jose J. (new to Yelp) and his wife for introducing my wife, Erika M. (Yelp Elite), to this HUGE party supply store. Surrounded by many warehouses housing many types of businesses, this party supply warehouse is located in a huge industrial area. Looking at the place from the outside, one would never know that it can be a real life- and money-saver for those looking to find anything and everything for their events. You will find rows upon rows of decorations, balloons, streamers, games, toys, and more, neatly displayed in plastic bins. Note: They do not sell candy of any sort You will also notice boxes and pallets of supplies neatly stacked in metal shelves two stories high. There were so many party supplies that this place truly left me in awe. Prices are very competitive (if not better) for most items, and almost free for others, as they were priced at rock-bottom clearance prices. Employees were very helpful, friendly, and hardworking. Parking is available for 20 to 25 vehicles in the private, gated parking lot. This is a place I recommend visiting before you break the bank the next time you need party decorations.

I will give one star to this company and here is why. I…read morefound this company on Google and sent a message on Instagram on March 22 looking for prices for an event on May 7th. At the beginning the owner was very communicative and responded fast to my messages and questions. I had to changed venues so the first items I was Interested in wasn't going work any more so I basically needed it chiavari chairs ($6.00) each, 2 tables and table covers. I noticed that she started not responding as fast as before and I basically was chasing her since I was really interested in renting what I needed for my party. I had to asked her for invoice and form of payment. I wanted to pay and secure the items. Long story short she basically ghosted me and never replied to my messages any more, so I stop chasing an unprofessional company. Maybe the few hundred dollars I was going to spend wasn't worth it for them. I will definitely not recommend this company at all. They provide customer service depending on the amount of money you will bring.
