We needed a new sectional sofa and hit up the usual suspects in So Cal like Ashley, Mathis Brothers…read moreand Living Spaces. While those places have a large selection, we didn't see anything that fit our needs especially for the sizing of our room. We really wanted a cloth sectional with a wedge (instead of a 90 degree corner) and sectionals with wedges seem to only come in leather with recliners on the ends and built in cup holders which I don't like. Then, I randomly stumbled into Roger's furniture and met Sebastian who was super easy to work with and also has good taste in furniture planning IMO. After checking out the sectionals at the store and better understanding our needs, Sebastian worked with us to build a custom sectional (5-hours of debating the details and selecting fabrics!!!) that was just a few modifications on what a standard sectional would be. We took delivery of the sectional today and absolutely love it! And, the sectional was built locally too. If you have an idea of what sofa/sectional you'd like, go to Roger's and talk to Sebastian. Came in looking for an 8inch box spring…read more- the only available one they had in stock yesterday was the room floor display or place an order for a later arrival. in our current situation we needed one same day, he let us thoroughly inspect it and offered to cosmetically adjust the cloth for us at no extra charge. additionally price comparison to nearby furniture store was unbeatable! only downside at the end of the service we came back to pick it up, walked in at 4:50 and was greeted by a lady she immediately said that it would be ready by 5 and they would bring it out to our car, as we turned around to exit the store she turned off all lights before we could get out. maybe she had a long day but as paying customers it felt a bit disrespectful.

Even better, they had the exact brand and models of everything I had been researching online and looking for -- Panasonic Whisper series for the fan, Samsung counter-depth fridge, Kohler tub, etc. Their prices and inventory are amazing, but the best part was the people working there. I have never met a friendlier and more helpful group! Marlon, Cassie, Leslie made my buying experience so enjoyable, painless and convenient. Leslie was so patient and kind when I first called to confirm availability of stock, and Marlon offered good insights and went out of his way to move big appliances aside for me so I could get a better look and feel for the things I wanted to see. Marlon even threw in extra deals for me without me asking - which was such a cherry on top of it all. Cassie rang me up, and she was so sweet to even offer to carry some of the heavy boxes for me to my car. (I did not let her because her frame is too tiny and that's what my giant husband is for!) They even delivered everything to my house an hour after I left the store. Their service was so fast and efficient. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is searching for any house appliances/goods, as they have the BEST prices (waaaay better than Amazon and eBay) and truly the nicest and friendliest staff.
