Service meeds improved badly; we showed pictures to staff, one said it's sold out, then the other one said it has not arrived yet. Some of the merchandiser prices were not a great bargain. read more

Found out about this place through Asian American Expo where they were giving out discount coupons and doing giveaways. I got a cute Bulbasaur pop it stim board from them and heard that they do have some pretty good liquidation deals here. It's a pretty decently sized store with a hodge podge of random items ranging from kitchenware, décor, tech, clothing, furniture, toys, skincare, food, and even things like a kayak and mini tents for kids. Definitely shop here with an idea of what things normally cost since I was about to get a $20 Honeywell mini fan to brace myself for the California heat but looking it up online, the exact same model can be found cheaper. I would also recommend checking the packaging, dates, and conditions of some of these items since some are unfortunately already opened or are damaged and are being sold here at a reduced cost. I also saw party decorations from Kim Possible. There is no way that came from any time within the past five years lol. There are definitely items here that are from brands stocked at Walmart and Target, but also other nicer brands like Dr. Jart or JM solutions for skincare. Although there were some decent deals here (got a bunch of stim boards for my class and some paint brushes), it was overall just an alright experience for me. Nothing made me go, "WOW!" or fill up my cart entirely. It's neat that they give out free gifts with each purchase, so I got some loose pillowcases? Definitely something worth checking out once and just cross your figures for a good deal when you visit. read more

I LOVE ABL I stumbled upon this gem by accident. I seen a child at the grocery store, my child's age - and I loved the fleece hoodie sweater they had on. I asked the mom where she found it. The mom said it was from ABL so I came to find. I didn't find it however I found way more stuff I could ever dream of. I found a lovely navy blue suede chair for my makeup table that was only $60. I found a beautiful rose gold mirror for my studio that was a fraction of the price of the same sizes elsewhere. I also found dishes, kids toys for summer, fun games for my kids classroom at Halloween time. It's random stuff but such good stuff and so affordable. They have patio furniture and home furniture and beauty stuff. I found an electric toothbrush for $9.99 when I purchased the same one a few years back for $70. for example. I found the cutest pink christmas tree and pink ornaments here. I was SO excited! and it was only $29. I got SO many compliments! You really need to take your time and look around you will find so many good finds here. I love this store, Also they have nice big clean restrooms. The customer service is also very good and they have a helpful group of people working here. Parking is good and it's easy to find. Located on the corner of the parking lot, and well lit. It's one of my favorite places to shop. read more

I always like coming back and shopping here. Staff is super friendly and there's a lot of various goodies they sell here. From electronics to furniture to clothing to kitchen items and to Japan and Korea beauty products. Interior is very clean and they are really a good outlet store where you "always buy low". Some prices still need to be checked so you need to go to the front desk. read more

I bought a handheld trimmer. There was no battery nor a battery charger. I went to the counter to inquire about this. Person behind the counter said, we have those back here, and she handed me another box. I had asked about the battery and the charger and the reply was " its in this box" then she handed the box to me. My mistake was not checking the box. I in today to get my money back due to being misinformed by the cashier. The person behind the counter this time was a different than the person that was there the 1st time. I explained the problem and he was rude and unapologetic even though its was an error on their side. He said with a rude tone "go grab something else, no money back" I just told him no problem, keep the item and I just walked out. I didn't think is was worth the argument. Thank you ABL Outlet. I've been coming to your store for a year. It's sad that I'm no longer comfortable visiting this store. read more

I had a terrible experience at ABL. I'm inside my car with my French bulldog. I walked inside with my dog when suddenly someone from the store and was carrying my frenchie and he ran to me and yelled at me telling me that dogs were not allowed inside and that is posted outside. I was completely taken aback by the rudeness and lack of professionalism of the staff. I hadn't seen the sign outside the store that indicated that dogs were not allowed, so I assumed that it would be okay to bring my 14 weeks old Frenchie with me. However, instead of kindly informing me of the store's policy, the staff member chose to yell at me and embarrass me in front of other customers. I was extremely disappointed with this experience, and I will definitely not be returning to this store in the future. Not only did the staff's behavior make me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, but it also showed a complete lack of respect for me as a customer. I strongly advise others to avoid this store, as they clearly do not value their customers' experiences or well-being. If I could give 0 stars I would read more

This is one of the newest outlets/retails stores in the area of chino town square. It's located adjacent to CVS on the corner of central and Philadelphia. I'm always curious when new business come to town and since I live literally across the street, I had to stop in and see what they have to offer. They have a plethora of things, IE it's an outlet. Furniture, clothing, home decor, accessories, toys, cook and bakeware, kitchen gadgets etc. The store itself is kind of a mess, but you can sift thru and find some deals on things. I got 3 kitchen gadgets for under $10, and she threw in a free gift at checkout, 2 things of antibacterial hand wipes. Checking out was easy. She did ask for my number, I declined. She said it's for "points." I won't shop here often so I didn't give it to her. They accept many different forms of payment including Zelle! They have different stock every week I go, so I try to go back and check the store out every few weeks. I love this store. I bought an Ozark cooler at more than 50% off which I took to Vegas during the summer. The cooler worked perfectly with ice lasting more than a few days even in hot Vegas temp. I was so impressed that I went back wanting to buy more but they were all gone. Their merchandise moves pretty fast so if you see something you like, don't sleep on it. I been shopping here since day one. I have bought a lot of things like buffet servers 20$ each and they retailed 69$ on Amazon. That was one of the best steal deals! I also got a kids teepee for 16$ which anywhere else was 40$ plus. They have so much decore for the home. Like mirrors, planters, art, pans, pots and gardening items. They also have furniture at a great price. I like to stop by here every 2 weeks to see what good steals I can find for my home. They usually give a free gift with any purchase. Terrible way to do business. My husband was interested in purchasing a foosball cooler from this store. So he asked the store clerk whether they had new ones in stock and she mentioned the had a lot of them in the back. All we needed to do was purchase it and they would bring it out. We purchased the item but moments later we were told we needed to go to the warehouse to pick it up. Unfortunately the warehouse was 7minutes away from the store itself. When we arrived at the warehouse there was a sign that we needed to call a number to get someone to bring it out. We waited for nearly 20 minutes and no one came. I needed to call again to let them know we were still waiting outside. The worker came 10minutes after that. Really a bad way to do business.
