I remember when this part of the plaza included an Old Navy but it sure has changed a lot since…read morethen. I was going to be in the area and figured a "pick-up" would be better than ordering to ship. This location actually had a lot more items in-stock than the Ontario Mills location, as I was going to be in two places on the same day. As with any Bath & Body Works location, we are greeted on our way in and there is also always a long line to the registers. There were bins in the middle of the store, near the register, with great deals! The store was clean, neat, and fully stocked. My online order for pick-up was not ready until late morning the next day (ordered the early afternoon before), so keep that in mind especially if there are sales going on. I was worried that my order would not be ready by the time I arrived, but good thing I was there in the early afternoon the next day, instead of the morning. We were able to pick-up our order, without any issues, and they even had the free plastic bags for gifts (when asked). We were at the Ontario Mills location earlier, and they were out, as we had also purchased a few items from there. There were plenty of parking in front of the store, very conveniently located store.

I drove back to the store expecting them to handle the situation professionally, but I was very disappointed with how the manager responded. Instead of showing concern or taking responsibility, the experience made me feel like my complaint wasn't taken seriously. Food quality and customer service are both important. I hope other shoppers check their purchases carefully before leaving the store. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be coming back.

It kind of gives me the thought of if Pier 1 Imports and Crate and Barrel decided to elope, and this was the shop that popped-out. It gives the "Summer at the Hamptons" vibe for me. But nonetheless, it's a nice store. Smells really nice currently (October) with their fall collection of pumpkin spice scent bags and Christmas decor throughout their store. I didn't get any greeting from any of the staff though, but heard greetings for customers who came in after me. Maybe it was a one-off or it was off, but is a partial reason for just a 4-star. Greetings should be equal for everyone that walks in. Kirkland's is in a large shopping center and parking is aplenty. Worth to stop in if you want to be taken away by furnishings that you'll probably just adore from afar, unless you have a huge house, or mansion, for their many larger furnishings and decor.

Overall, a good find for those looking into a deeper discounted albeit open box, used, or returned with or without packaging or loose and missing parts. So try them out.
