    Ladder obstructing aisle
    Hannah B.

Awesome stuff, Christmas stuff is 50% off. But they left a ladder in the middle of a busy aisle, blocking tons of merchandise. Not to mention it's dangerous, and a violation? (I moved it to the side so people can get through and they moved it back. Petty much?) I later came back to the aisle and had to reach through the ladder to get some ornaments. And not to be a "Karen", but I'm actually recovering from an injury and that reach was painful for me. Please move equipment to a safe location when not in use.

I entered here because I had to use the restroom but once I was inside, I was amazed how clean and white and so many pictures and frames and decorations and the placemats like heaven. Even the restroom looked like fancy three stars hotel restroom. Easy parking plenty of spaces. Mostly women shopping here.

This store opens at 9, I brought my kids in here for some craft supplies after their dentist appointmenta round 9:40. It was so quiet and hardly anyone was there which was so nice. We got some clearance items and some markers and construction paper.

    Hobby lobby man cave stuff
    Mark P.

Amazing crafts and home goods every time I come in here. There are so many options for the man cave. The store is huge and has a large variety of everything. I have bought many things for the kitchen from here. Lots of cool stuff. They have a great section of paint supplies, as well as frames for pictures. Every time I come here, I find something nice for the house that is a good quality and not too expensive.

I love this place, I am instantly inspired by just stepping in this store! In fact anybody would be! They have anything you could think of to hobby. Get your creative juices flowing... When I grow up, I want to buy a store like this so I can just go wild! This store is so much more extensive then Michale's, maybe go to Michael's in a pinch, but this store should be your real destination! Love it!!

I'm a huge fan of Hobby lobby. I love that they always have great prices on crafts and much more. I also love how they don't mind having the label of being a Christian store in today's society. I love the Christian music they play and the biblical verses they have with their signs. The thing I love the most about Hobby Lobby is that I always get wonderful customer service every time I come and always feel like I'm a valued customer. My favorite section on the store is their huge line of wall art. They have wall art for everything including my very own coffee area. My wife loves their plant section as it's also very large and there is a lot to choose from. I love coming here especially for great Christmas decorations too.

    Crochet Supplies

I scoured the websites of craft and all-purpose stores for crochet supplies before heading to HL today. Aside from a dedicated Needle Art store, this was my only hope of one-stop shopping. I haven't taken up a hook for 8-10 years, so I needed everything: lighted hook, sewing scissors, stitch markers, tapestry needles, and yarn. I found I Love This Yarn in beautiful Plum tones perfect for my ear warmer headband and who knows what else. Don't call me: I'll be watching a pattern tutorial on YouTube (with Roku on my TV!), sipping hot chocolate, and listening to the rain for awhile. My bill was $37.10 for 3 skeins and the other items mentioned, after a 40% coupon off one item. Masks, physical distancing, cleaning between customers, and a partition at the register.

It kind of gives me the thought of if Pier 1 Imports and Crate and Barrel decided to elope, and this was the shop that popped-out. It gives the "Summer at the Hamptons" vibe for me. But nonetheless, it's a nice store. Smells really nice currently (October) with their fall collection of pumpkin spice scent bags and Christmas decor throughout their store. I didn't get any greeting from any of the staff though, but heard greetings for customers who came in after me. Maybe it was a one-off or it was off, but is a partial reason for just a 4-star. Greetings should be equal for everyone that walks in. Kirkland's is in a large shopping center and parking is aplenty. Worth to stop in if you want to be taken away by furnishings that you'll probably just adore from afar, unless you have a huge house, or mansion, for their many larger furnishings and decor.

She then says "um this lady wants to buy this". She could have easily walked up and said "excuse me, this is already being purchased, can I help you find another?" ANYTHING along those lines is basic customer service. Employee is an older woman with short red hair. Kirkland's has great items, but the experience completely brings down the value of this store. I wouldn't want to spend my money anywhere near that woman.

The first thing that happened off the bat was I said hi to the worker who by the way didn't have a name tag. She ignored me which I figured maybe she didn't hear me. Whatever it's fine, later she tells me about the tjmaxx card but I let her know I already have it but as I'm telling her she starts talking to her coworkers on the side with attitude because the machine next to her wasn't working & it kept calling customers up. Once she was done talking to them she mentions the card again and I told her "oh no thanks" she cuts me off and points at me and says "no not you" then points at my sister and says to her "you" that's when I started to feel very upset and dismissed. My sister caught onto it as well. One thing I also noticed is she saw she was out of receipt paper but didn't put any in until once she was done with my transaction so now that I checked the receipt to get her employee number it doesn't have it. Go figure. Once it was my sisters turn to pay her items the girl wasn't looking at us she was laughing with a worker three registers down and she knew my sister had a delicate ceramic item but was being rough with it then when my sister was done paying she handed her the receipt and was about to walk off but my sister asked her if she can please wrap the item. Now the girl wasn't looking clearly being rude she snatched the item and wrapped the item carelessly and handed it to my sister in a very aggressive way then walked away. I had to ask the store coordinator for the workers information and her name is Mason. She's African American female with a neck tattoo & was wearing a low cut grey spaghetti strap shirt with an open button flannel. Very slim figure. I had such a great time Halloween decor shopping with my sister and mom but after that interaction it left me very upset.
