6-1-2026 I visited Chino L.B on June 1, 2026. Amazing Customer Service from Marlisa & Vanessa. I was there to pick up my online order. Lane Bryant never seems to disappoint. Both ladies were so helpful & friendly. A few years ago they closed 2 of my favorite L.B stores that I visited alot. 1 in West Covina & the other in Glendora. Chino is around 33 miles round trip which is far to me. I'm on a budget like everyone so I space out my purchases. Wow, I practically had to beg for assistance. I was the only customer in the store and the 2 sales women were busy gabbing! I was shopping for undergarments. I got help, she gave me two styles to try. Nobody checked to see how I was doing so I had to get redressed to grab additional items. I came out and asked for a restroom. NOPE! Forget it! Might as well purchase online. If stores want to stay in business, customer service is key! read more

The customer service from this store is dispicable. The Manager Cindy made a mistake and some how after I spoke to her on the phone, my extended pick up date was not in the computer. We all make mistakes but the way they handled it was the customer is the enemy. Terry her confrontational side kick, when we were having a conversation about it, was so immature she mis-took conversation as a personal attack. I was in the store shopping for my own order that was mistakenly returned to the floor and heard them talking about me to other customers because they left me on hold for 13 minutes and I was not happy. 5 minutes later I showed up to the store and heard this myself. When I said I was the person on the phone they are talking to their customers about the look on their faces were priceless.They had no idea I was calling from the store next door. Oh, and the manager Cindy, would not make eye contact with me or even apologize for the inconveneince. No class, no empathy. Stay away from this narcacist, unprofessional, so-called Manager Cindy and her phoney-nice, sidekick Terry. The fatigue is real. read more

I was just in this store and the customer service is horrible!! We walked in and the 2 saleswomen looked at us and just stood at the register looking at us, no " Hello, can I help you" nothing. After looking around and still no help, we decided to leave. I don't know why this store got such high reviews. I went today to pickup an online order and was ignored by both the manager and sales girl. No greeting at all. I would of purchased many more items there if I would of felt welcomed. I was shopping the store for over 40mins not once was I approached if I needed help or to start a dressing room for the items I was holding. I decided to put the items back and just pickup my order and leave. As I was shopping other ladies came in the store was given the same silent treatment. One customer thew open the doors on the way out as if she was upset. I don't think I will be returning to that store again. read more

My review will be based on the sales associate named Brenda. First interaction was her checking in order by phone 8/5/2022 than I went into store 9/8/6/2002 and happen to get her again. She has wonderful customer service skills. She was pleasant on the phone and in person! Super helpful and friendly! Very knowledgeable about what she has in store and offered to help order online for the size I needed. She's was absolutely wonderful. I'll be looking for her in my next shopping experience! Went back today and the employees were horrible!!! I had to help myself to a dressing room. I had to keep running out to grab different sizes of clothes. The older lady Matilda was rude and LAZY. However, she had no problem gossiping with her coworker about another coworker in a bad way. Furthermore, she kept coughing I'm like let me walk out did not want to catch COVID. Very disappointed with the store and the staff. They were VERY LAZY!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Lacked much ETIQUETTE!!!! Seriously they need to get another job elsewhere such as Wal mart. They'd fit in perfectly.! I cannot believe I'm saying this but I would gladly have Irene help me. She was bad, but had a bit of class. These employees at the store were hideous and rude. Decided to try a Lane Bryant out of my local vicinity, and was welcomed with warm hospitality. I immediately received offers of help in what I was looking for. Really I was there to browse and see what I could spend my LB bucks on. I found a beautiful black lace slacks and some sportswear that accommodates my needs. Although the store was smaller than other Lane Bryant's I had been too, the service was excellent. I am finding that their sizes are larger than expected, especially in the tops. That's not an issue, just have to go down one size. Overall not sure If I'll be back, because of the location, but it was a good experience. read more

Went in last week and I think Michelle helped me, I hope that is her name, I should have asked before I left. Anywho, she was so helpful finding my size, because I recently lost some weight and at first they did not have the plunge in my size but Michelle and another associate figured out a sister size in the intuition plunge and it was perfect. They really try and genuinely want to help you find the best fit/bra for you. They also want to give you discounts anytime they can, and I am glad it is right by my work. Only place I come to get my bras from now on. I've been coming to this location for years. They have a HUGE selection for everyones different needs & body types. Each time I've come, all the ladies are so nice, extremely helpful & very patience with me. It takes me hours & tons of bras to find the right one for me. I literally have to try every bra they have to find the right one. I've tried torrid & Hanes stores, they don't have anything comfortable & the workers are unless. Love this place. This has happened more then once .... I came in to purchase some shorts for vacation. The girls at the time were super friendly and helpful which is awesome. I purchased 4 items and went on my marry way. A week later I returned to return the items as I had found them cheaper somewhere else. All of a sudden they aren't so friendly or helpful anymore. The girl who helped me the 2nd time was rude and condescending. She needed her managers help and the manager didn't say 2 words to me either. I just find it funny how your customer service skills only seem to apply when we are buying your over priced items, but not when we are returning them . read more

Love the women who work here.. Went to Victoria Gardens to make a return and they told me if I didn't buy it there I couldn't return it.
