I've had multiple frustrating experiences at this Victoria's Secret location, mainly around how…read moreonline purchases are treated. Recently, I stopped by to ask for gift bags after making a large online purchase, and I was told I could only have three because they had "limited bags." The interaction felt dismissive, almost as if my purchase didn't count since it was made online. Another time, I placed an online order for in-store pickup that came with a free gift, and the staff didn't want to honor it because the purchase was made online. I was confused since I was physically picking it up in the store what's the difference? Overall, the customer service has come across as rude, dry, and unhelpful. Online purchases are still Victoria's Secret purchases, and customers shouldn't feel penalized for using that option. Hoping management can address the inconsistency and improve the customer experience.

I'll definitely be back!

Where do I begin? So I come in because I wanted to do a return. I wanted to return a shirt and…read moreexchange a hat. The hat didn't fit good that I ordered so I wanted to exchange it. The girl that helped me at the register seemed a little brain dead. She returns the shirt and then I tell her I wanna order the hat because you guys don't have it in the store. So she asked me so you wanna re-order this hat and I said yes and for some reason, she's having a problem at the register with my phone number and she had to ask me for it at least seven times, it was extremely annoying. I don't know why it took her so many times. I don't think she had a clue what she was doing at the computer. I have no idea if she knows how to work that computer but definitely seemed like she didn't. As I mentioned, she asked me do you want to re-order this hat? I said yes I do and she looks at the hat and starts the order. Now obviously I'm assuming she's completely doing it right so the transaction was over and I left. Later on that day, I look at my email to see what's the status of the hat and she orders me a shirt instead. How incompetent can you possibly be to mess that up!? She told me you want this hat and I said yes, she's even looking at the hat. I don't understand how that mistake gets made. She looks at the hat asked me you want this hat but we don't have it in store and she said we'll order it for you. Absolutely dumbfounded how you can make this mistake. I wasted my time and now money is coming out of my account because of her idiotic mistake. Tillys, please hire people with working brain cells, cause clearly this girl doesn't have a single cell in that brain. What a disaster of a situation. Biggest waste of time. Completely unacceptable.

In addition to the Rewards program, they were also having a purse giveaway contest. No purchase is necessary, simply browse their many collections and you will be automatically entered. I liked the purse collection (Verde color) from Designer Carmen Radulescu-Devine, which has a coordinated wallet, cell phone case, tote bag, and shoulder-length organizer. Two other colors available in this style are "Shoe White," and "Russet," which a brown-tone handbag. I purchased two bracelets and one pair of earrings from the Halo Collection, which features Silver-Tanzanite blue and lavender tones. Krystal helped me with my purchase and she said Reward members will receive a gift on their birthday and other seasonal merch. I prefer shopping in the store so I can take my items home the same day, not wait days for items to be shipped to me. In addition to jewelry and purses, Brighton sells sunglasses and shoes! Their products make a nice gift for someone who has "everything." They also gift-wrap your purchase for no additional charge. Happy shopping online, or in person for personalized service. I initially stopped in for a watch bracelet and an eye glass necklace--but thanks to Ligia's kindness and attentiveness, I walked out with a beautiful collection of well-deserved goodies! I've visited this location several times in the past, but today was completely different all because of Ligia. From the moment we walked in, Ligia welcomed us with genuine warmth and a joyful spirit. Her customer service was nothing short of outstanding--truly the best I've ever experienced at Brighton. She offered thoughtful suggestions and made us feel not just seen, but truly cared for! She took the time to connect with us, speaking our language and engaging not only with me, but with both of my parents. She listened when I mentioned the little things that would make my elderly dad feel at ease--cookies, a restroom, and a place to sit--and she made sure every detail was taken care of. What also really stood out to me was how she took the time to share helpful tips on how to maintain and care for the items I purchased--something no one had ever done before, despite all the times I've shopped here. She also explained which items had warranties, which was incredibly helpful and so appreciated! Thank you! At the end of my purchase, I walked out with a beautifully gift wrapped Brighton bag! Before leaving, I asked for an extra bottle of water, and to my surprise, Ligia handed me a small bag with cold waters and cookies for my parents as well. It was such a THOUGHTFUL gesture and a perfect reflection of the genuine care she extended throughout our time there. Ligia went ABOVE and BEYOND in every way, and because of her, I'll be returning as her customer from now on. Thank you, Ligia--you truly made our day.

I was going to be in the area and figured a "pick-up" would be better than ordering to ship. This location actually had a lot more items in-stock than the Ontario Mills location, as I was going to be in two places on the same day. As with any Bath & Body Works location, we are greeted on our way in and there is also always a long line to the registers. There were bins in the middle of the store, near the register, with great deals! The store was clean, neat, and fully stocked. My online order for pick-up was not ready until late morning the next day (ordered the early afternoon before), so keep that in mind especially if there are sales going on. I was worried that my order would not be ready by the time I arrived, but good thing I was there in the early afternoon the next day, instead of the morning. We were able to pick-up our order, without any issues, and they even had the free plastic bags for gifts (when asked). We were at the Ontario Mills location earlier, and they were out, as we had also purchased a few items from there. There were plenty of parking in front of the store, very conveniently located store.

I've probably stared at a Kirkland Storefront for years, thinking it was related to Costco,…read morebut...nope and nope. Turns out, it's a sweet furnishing store with lots of pretty cool items. It kind of gives me the thought of if Pier 1 Imports and Crate and Barrel decided to elope, and this was the shop that popped-out. It gives the "Summer at the Hamptons" vibe for me. But nonetheless, it's a nice store. Smells really nice currently (October) with their fall collection of pumpkin spice scent bags and Christmas decor throughout their store. I didn't get any greeting from any of the staff though, but heard greetings for customers who came in after me. Maybe it was a one-off or it was off, but is a partial reason for just a 4-star. Greetings should be equal for everyone that walks in. Kirkland's is in a large shopping center and parking is aplenty. Worth to stop in if you want to be taken away by furnishings that you'll probably just adore from afar, unless you have a huge house, or mansion, for their many larger furnishings and decor.

ANYTHING along those lines is basic customer service. Employee is an older woman with short red hair. Kirkland's has great items, but the experience completely brings down the value of this store. I wouldn't want to spend my money anywhere near that woman.
