I can see why they're closing down. The customer service is the worse! The store overpriced for the quality and styles you're getting.

I've always avoided Francesca locations because the employees can be somewhat off stand-ish and not helpful. However, this is the only location I've enjoyed going back to! They are always welcoming. One of the girls that helped me recently was nice enough to check the romper sizing on a mannequin for me. It was the last XS -- my lucky day, lol. Now I know some of you may say "oh that's their job, they're working there". Well, you would be surprised how many other stores I've been to, that they will make an excuse up and say we can't do that, sorry. I appreciate the extra effort! She was also nice enough to price match for me as well. The romper was cheaper online vs in store. I def walked out of Francesca's with a big smile on my face. Only con about this location is that it seems they don't have A.C on. I feel bad for the employees as it gets hot for me walking around in the store. Maybe because the store is facing the sun more, but just a suggestion :) read more

It's smaller than most locations I've been to . It's actually has very beautiful pieces of clothing. I like the jewelry deals . The people are always welcoming . Very cozy place and cute clothing . read more

The accessories and the knick-knacks are very nice and good gifts. The clothes are expensive and generally do not fit smaller women. The store is a very nice environment and the employees are kind and willing to help. read more

I really love this location. It's smaller than the ones I've been to but their customer service is great. This store is awesome for cute gifts and clothes that are better quality than forever 21. They have cute mugs, coffee cups, face masks and miscellaneous items. I actually scored a sweet deal during a store sale and walked out with a ton of awesome goodies. I'm giving it one star because I'm being very polite, unlike the workers here. They were very rude, passive aggressive, and insinuated my daughter was fat. They said it under their breath when they thought I wasn't in earshot but I was. Their workers need to stay humble because their products are the same quality as Forever 21. The worst part of it all was one of the employees started sneezing AND she was not wearing a mask. It was gross, unsanitary, and gave me anxiety. My daughter and I will not be returning. There are SO many better places at The Shoppes compared to this overpriced dump anyways. read more

I found my new favorite store! And my personal shopper! Just walking by doing a little window shopping and saw a few items that I liked, and was approached by a friendly sales girl named Mia. She's absolutely sweet! I told her a few the items that I like and off she went on her own around and found me a whole new wardrobe! Didn't even hesitate about any of her selections! I felt like she's known me forever! definitely going to come back and shop here again! Ask for Mia she's awesome! The store is brand new. Great lighting. Very oranized with the newest fashionable items. They carry some of the brands that Nordstrom does. They also carry other item's, like jewelry, candles, and handbags. You can basically find a entire outfit in this one store. So excited that I walked in and took a look around :) read more

The customer service here was IMPECCABLE! Michelle & Mia were EXTREMELY helpful with my daughter, wild boy and myself. As a business owner I highly value customer service and will only do these reviews when I feel the experience stands above the rest, and this one did! Because it was such a helpful and positive environment I was comfortable enough to purchase a nice amount of clothing and jewelry. Customer service has gone down a lot since Kenzie left. I came in today to pick up a online order. The two girls behind the counter didn't even greet me. Then, the girl went back to get my item. Love love love this place!!!! I came in yesterday just to buy myself something small because why not. Not only was Emily sweet and friendly but she went out of her way to show me pieces she loved and asked me on a friend level questions about my work, kids etc and it was nice to have a genuine conversation with someone! The best part was after she rung me up I didn't want to spend so much anyways I told her to take one of my items off and she said "hey you're a teacher!!" You get 10% off your transaction! I went into the store this afternoon because it looked like a lovely boutique from the outside but WOW they hound you the whole time you shop. Customers like being left alone when they shop? That's pretty obvious. They just keep following you around the store, and it's like they won't let you breathe. Do they think we're trying to steal and that's why they keep following us? There are some really cool and unique items in here. That's what the one star is for. Otherwise, the customer service is rude and ridiculous. The cashier working greeted me, then she asked if I was shopping for anything special. I've never really been sure what that means, but I was just out shopping. I guess that's just their way of checking in to see if they can help. Anyway, I let her know I wasn't. She proceeded to comment on how hot it was and why was I wearing jacket..seriously! I didn't know coming in I was going to have to defend my outfit choice at Franchesca's. I decided to not respond and continued looking through some items that could work for my kids. She then continued on with her personal soliloquy asking me what I did earlier that day. I just paused, looked up and let her know I didn't need any help at the moment. If the manager is reading this, perhaps a retraining of staff is required. You lost a customer today. I was ready to buy a few items,but decided I didn't want to continue to hang around to hear the rest of the interview that was being conducted by the cashier. read more

Update: Such an easy place to go to when you need something specific. Whenever I need something for a wedding, etc. I stop in. You get that personal shopper experience every time. I usually go in and tell them what I'm shopping for and what I absolutely don't want to buy since I'm picky with dresses. They don't force any style on you or even force you to make a purchase. They have cute accessories but they're kinda pricey. Their sales can be really good too. Glad this place exists, helps alleviate some of the annoyances of finding dressy outfits for a certain occasion. read more

I love coming into this store! Yes I have to admit some of the stuff is a little pricey but they make up for it by having some sort of deal. I bought 3 off the shoulder tops for $20. I've gotten accessories for buy one get one half off. Sometimes I won't find anything but I just go in there to browse and get ideas or see what's new. I love how frequent you get their emails to let you know what's going on in the stores or online that week. The store is clean and bright which is always a plus for me. And the girls are the sweetest! You definitely feel important when you go there! I'm sure I'll be stopping by there soon to get one of those cute rompers to wear for a party I'm going to! read more

It's kinda expensive here and most of their clothing is not my style. I also can't really vouch for the quality; I bought a mug from here where the paint began to chip rather quickly. But I've found several items that were super cute, and some were on sale for a reasonable price. I've gotten several glamorous earrings and statement necklaces that I always get complimented on, and they usually have deals for their jewelry. My absolute favorite was a GORGEOUS bright blue romper I bought from here a long time ago, and even though I've put on some weight since buying it, it still fit wonderfully. The items I've bought from here are sexy and classy and feminine. I got so much attention on the street for that gorgeous romper that I literally disrupted traffic loll. I've come here many times and they have the sweetest staff. They are very helpful at helping you pick something out whether it's for yourself or a gift. They have really cute stuff- from clothes to bridal decorations/gifts to cute items for your home. Easy returns. One time I bought a mug and 20 mins later it broke when my stroller fell over. They gave me a new mug and wrapped it with extra cushioning. They can wrap your items up in a cute way too. I've enjoyed every experience I've had in here, and really appreciate how nice and helpful the employees have been. read more

I frequent this boutique about once weekly and I have to say they have exceptional service. The ladies that work there always remember my name and are eager to help my find whatever I'm looking for. Today the stores register system was down and they were only accepting cash.
