She brought out a few options for me to evaluate and helped me select the perfect one for me. She was so friendly, warm, kind, efficient and most importantly knowledgeable. Also, I thought the prices were going to be inflated because of the scan and the great customer service but the price was amazing for a the quality (I selected Brooks) and the service. Which was true he tries to charge me $65 for a minor DIY zipper adjustment since I was busy and didn't have time to do it myself. This guy tries to force feed bullshit and say I needed a whole new zipper and stitching in unnecessary places for all cheap bag I just wanted to close, I could just hear this dude foaming out the mouth for money I could of sworn I was talking to Mr, Crabs from SpongeBob the service is just a joke and a gimmick instead of being a good guy and saying "oh hey all you want is the bag to close cause the zipper popper off on one side? it's simple here I'll charge you a $5 fee just for the service and I'll fix it" not no damn "I NeEd A wHoLe nEw ZiPpEr" head ass "give me $65" but in reality i think he took me for an 65 year old lady with dementia. i hope this place gets shut down because how are you going to be greedy with no customers? I received great customer service. I needed them in a short time and I like that she was honest and told me that it would be the same day that I needed them and at a time that worked out perfectly. When I went to pick them up, they looked brand new. They were clean and shiny. (I do understand that this is the service that was supposed to be given) But I truly believe that they went beyond. Great quality work. The heels were the height that I had requested. This was my first time here, but I definitely recommend it. The store was clean and smelled absolutely amazing. We walked in the Men's Wearhouse in Chino, CA and were greeted with the sweetest handsome young man, named, Alex! What a sweetheart!! We shared what we were hoping to find and without hesitation, Alex assisted and offered some advice and brought in, "The Man" Aubi! Between all of us, Ted was well taken care of with day wear and elevated cocktail attire and shoes to match with socks!!!!!! The kindness that we were shown was unmeasurable by far! We gave Aubi complete control of what Ted was to wear and he looked fantastic I must say =) Today, we are back home and back to reality after the most amazing time in Napa Valley.
