I get there and two friendly staff members named Andrea and Alexandria both asked how they could help, and i explained the situation, they said, unfortunately, we can't work on prescription glasses, and i said, Can I? as in can i borrow a screw driver to tighten up my glasses, as i do need my glasses to drive my family back home, and the girl said, sure i can help with that. She let me borrow the tiny screw driver and i was all good to go! i had no plans on purchasing anything, but she did mention they had repair kits for sale, and i said! welp! i may never need it (again.) but because you were willing to help me i purchased one. Overall the girls were pretty nice and helpful, although i have never purchased anything before, or planned to buy from there, they were extremely helpful and i was very grateful for that. and for that they get 5 stars!

The office had state of the art technology and my daughter had an extremely thorough eye exam. They had a huge selection of frames (even for kids)! She was allowed to try on frame after frame before finding the best fitting pair. Skylar, the optician, then meticulously adjusted again and again, until the best fit was obtained. The only seats are at the glass cases for glasses, where techs are assisting hoards of people and their guests with choosing glasses and chatting. This also doubles as the check in area, and again, you will not be acknowledged unless you elbow your way to stand in front of an employee and ask to check in. Once you manage to do this, you will be asked to wait to be called. Where do you wait? Anywhere, as advised. By the way, it is first come first served, no matter your appointment time, if someone else manages to check in first they will be seen before you. The three initial tests are right next to the glasses cases and hoards of people, so you can expect to be back to back with people and children seated, getting bumped by them AND people trying to walk through. Never mind that you have to move between three machines, there is no room to move your chair so you have to hunch over the chairs to move around. Once you get that over with, you once again wait anywhere for the doctor to call you and then you will finally be in a private 1 on 1 room. Terrible experience.

Walked in around 7 in the evening and was greeted by Verron who informed us that the only place that carries the new Ray Ban Meta Displays was Best Buy and you have to be fitted for it, you can't just walk in and buy a pair. In the meantime, we got to see the Oakley Meta's and the frames weren't as bad as I thought they would be. I was imagining the Oakley Meta Collab would be all face shields with chromatic iridescent lenses, but only one pair was like that and it wasn't in store. We started trying on different pairs of glasses to just to get a feel for what works and also what the latest styles were in frames. I was shocked at how many Ray Ban frames were literal throwbacks to the late 90's frames. We asked Verron what his picks were for stylish frames and he opened the vault door and lead us down to the super opulent V.I.P. show room. Well actually, he opened one of the mirrored walls, but it felt like we were having a V.I.P experience because he started opening random drawers and doors and pulling out different frames that were super stylish and that we had no idea about. We had the best time trying on frames with Verron and would DEFINITELY come back and seek him out for advice, but the store was closing so we had to end our fun hunt for the most fashionable glasses. What keeps me coming back is the level of care that the Optometrists take when completing an eye exam. The eye exams are simple as can be and not intimidating. What I like most is that the eye doctor is willing to answer any questions or concerns and even correlate your eye health to your overall health. Although I have insurance elsewhere (Kaiser Perm) that covers my eye exams and get me discounts on glasses, I choose to come here and pay out of pocket because I do not feel like a number or a sale. Moreover, at time when the Opticians may speak to you about a need or opportunity to get a new pair of glasses, they do not put any pressure. Instead, they are very convincing of the value of the lens and frames they offer and will even try to get you the most bang for your buck. I've been 100% happy with all the glasses I've purchased here and I am proud to count myself as a loyal customer here. I have even referred friends and family here and they too have been very pleased and well taken care of as a result of coming here. If you get your exam here, I would recommend the Optomap on each visit as the image becomes part of your patient record. When we walked in, Sandra greeted us right away and asked if we needed help, which we did because my boyfriend needed to do an exchange. We were able to do an exchange without a receipt and didn't feel like we were being harassed like other stores who shame you for doing exchanges/returns lol. She smiled through the whole interaction and made our visit pleasant. The whole store is pretty much organized as well. The sale section was organized by color & they had a deal going on for an extra 30% off sale. I used to work retail, so I know how hectic and stressful it can be. But honestly, smiling makes your day so much better, especially in the customer service industry!
