After reading reviews I decided to take the drive to their location. My boots looked terrible but they are super comfy so I wanted them repaired. I paid to have both cleaned and new soles put in. They came out like new. The girl that helped me was knowledgeable and helpful in what the boots needed. The price for the work is reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked them up. I brought two pairs of Dior slides for a sole repair, on the gray pair I got a full sole cover, cleaning and the toe patched up where it was peeling, and on the all black pair just a 1/2 sole cover. It took about 3 weeks but they did a pretty good job on both pairs the bottoms look almost new again. However I do think the toe could've been patched up a bit neater and there is some glue smeared next to the heel. But the prices were reasonable and the work seems to be good quality. Over all I would recommend, the staff was nice and they got the job done, my slides look a whole lot better than they did before!! read more

Located in a bit of an industrial plaza, but easy to find and places to park. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I brought 2 pairs of shoes with the lining shredded. They were able to add a new lining, which look and feel great. It took a week to complete, but I wasn't in a hurry. Been meaning to write a review as a heads up to others. Took some old 2016 pair of basketball shoes that had a zoom bubble (Kd 7) they were brand new with just typical glue separation. When I took them in they said they would be able to do it. And got them back absolutely cooked. The bubble expanded when I asked they said no heat was put on them. The glue job was also very messy. So paid like 60 just for them to become even more unwearable. read more

I had another shoe repair replace the sole and the soles started coming apart after a month. I took them to Pro shoe repair to have them replaced and a wax strip. They did such an excellent job, I gave him my Red Wing boots to replace the sole and heal. I was not disappointed. The back half of my beautiful leather tall boots was made of a stretchy synthetic material. After a couple of years, it started to peel. I took them to Pro Shoe Care and they totally replaced the back half of the boot shaft with leather. The workmanship and attention to detail is amazing. It was labor intensive but the work is flawless! They are now even better than new. I really can't praise them highly enough. Take your shoes, purses, and any other leather goods to them.
