Excellent customer service! I took my booties here to see if they were worth repairing. They were only $50 from Amazon, but they were really comfortable and super cute. Unfortunately, after only a few uses for work, the faux leather started peeling. I really liked them and wanted to save them, especially since I had just bought them, but the owner was incredibly honest and told me it wasn't worth repairing. I really appreciated his honesty and kindness. He was super nice, and I'll definitely be going back to him for any future shoe repairs or issues. Highly recommend! read more

About 2 hous in is when I noticed they were peeling. I was getting so many compliments on my shoes and I looked down and I can see the peeling pieces poking out the side from under the ball of my foot. I contacted Rafi first thing Monday and sent him a text with video. He is taking no responsibility. I feel like he was trying to do a good job. He replaced the heel tips and I believe he used some kind of cleaner on the shoes which caused them to peel . I definitely would not trust this business with expensive shoes! I went here because of the high revenues but I neglected to read the bad ones that include pictures of the workmanship or lack of. Big mistake! I feel bad about editing this review because so many people had bad experiences with him initially and initially my experience was great until I had a problem. Then he got defensive and deflected any and all responsibility. They do OK work. I personally have higher expectations but the work done was just fine. I expected re-stitching on a re-sole job of two pairs of traction tread white sole boots but the cobbler only removed the tread portion & adhesive cement bonded the new soles & not the midsole portion of the boots. The reason I say all this is because the previous resols of these same boots were at my now retired cobbler & was completely rebuilt from the midsole to new stitching for a lower price & higher quality. This is still decent work. Also the cobbler stated that he oiled the boots but actually did not. I don't think he was lying but it was incorrect information & he also stated that the he best kind of oil for boots is motor oil 5W-30 which I know to be harmful to this kind of leather so I guess I'm glad he didn't actually oil them as mentioned by him. Never use motor oil on boot leather as it is harmful & degrades this type of leather. read more

After conditioning my ranch boots, i noticed a small hole forming on the sole of one boot and some cracking on both soles. Knowing I wanted someone good to work on my boots, I immediately jumped on Yelp and searched for a cobbler in Norco. Where else would you look but horse town USA to have your favorite cowboy boots repaired?! The shoe cobbler popped up with a 4.9 rating and over 500 glowing reviews! I almost could not believe what I read. I went straight over and sure enough, every single thing I read about Raffi and his business was TRUE! Raffi is incredible nice. Been in the family business forever and took incredible pride in his work and his business. He took a looked at my boots and recommended a complete resole. He asked about how long I had my boots and how I used them. He gave me some excellent advice on some simple changes on how to make the soles last longer next time. Something I totally appreciate! I brought my new Chanel ballet flats to Raffi because the bottoms were super slippery, and I wanted rubber soles added for better grip and to protect them. I messaged him on Sunday night, and he actually replied really fast, even though it was the weekend. I dropped the shoes off on Monday, and he said it would probably take about a week. The next afternoon, he called and said they were ready, which surprised me because it felt so quick.
