It honestly was the best supply of Jellycats that I've seen in awhile, especially with the seasonal ones that have been coming out (e.g., summer collection was partially in stock here!). Were the prices a little bit higher versus ordering from the Jellycats website or other stores? Yes. Not an exorbitant amount, but it is higher-priced. But, with how there's quite a low stock on a number of Jellycats in general, it didn't feel too awful to go ahead and purchase a couple. (I ended up getting one of the elephants, as well as an egg keychain). When talking with the owner, there's a chance that the Jellycats craze may die down soon, but it seems to be popular in the meantime. Loved chatting with the owner today, and how nice she was!

This business is NOT listed on Jellycats website as a stockist and after I reached out to Jellycats customer service they confirmed that this business is not an authorized seller. Do yourself a favor and get your Jellycats from the long list of businesses that are on Jellycats official website.

I purchased a blue dress for my daughter a few weeks back for my mom's wedding coming up in November. Recently my mom, like all brides, decided to change her mind about color. I came in requesting an exchange for a different color dress but unfortunately the owner Robert was not there. I originally bought the dress with him and it was a rather pleasant experience. Instead my wife, daughter and myself were greeted by Alex, who apparently was having a really bad morning and was extremely rude for no reason. Fortunately the business card I was given on my last visit has the owners number so I decided to call him and explain why I needed a replacement. He then agreed to help me exchange. After about an hour wait, he called me back to tell me that Alex and their new female employee told him the dress was dirty and in bad shape. THEY NEVER EVEN SAW THE DRESS!! Because of that I was told they couldn't exchange. Keep in mind during the hour wait, I also bought a suit for my two year old. So, unless the owner is there, I suggest you go buy somewhere else. Otherwise you will be helped by Alex, who has no business working in retail or customer service. Keep sweeping the swap meet floors instead.

If you are looking for a last minute birthday party gift, this is the place to stop. Although the prices are slightly higher than what you would pay on Amazon online, it is a local business and they need support to remain successful. Don't get me wrong, I have a budget and like to save, but I also believe in helping small businesses which is why I buy things from this store when I am in the area. If you have children, there are many toys out for them to interact with and the employees did not seem to have a problem with it. The area is a little small to move a single stroller, so I would not take in a double stroller if you have one. My only recommendation is for the owners of the store to invest in a form of security to prevent theft. There didn't seem to be anything at the door to prevent someone from steeling which could be the reason for one of the employees walking the grounds in a manner more like a security guard.
