    My haul

Killed some time here at this Daiso and can say this Daiso didn't have as much as some of the other that I've been to. They did have Christmas stuff which was cool otherwise pretty standard and had good prices like other stores. Note - No bathrooms from what I saw.

    9/10/24 It's Halloween at DAISO

9/10/24 There's always something for me to get at Daiso, a lot of times it's items that I didn't know I needed hahaha. I was headed to 99 Ranch but I simply distracted once I saw Daoso was next door down. Upon entering staff greeted me as I walked in. Like all the Daiso locations, it is brightly lit. Aisles are evenly spaced & everything is labeled & organized. The only difference I noticed is that there was a friendly announcement on the intercom about the prices listed, to ask any associate if the customers have a question about pricing & a reminder that there all sales are final. Quickly browsing & scanning the aisles for my crafts, I immediately noticed storage items & bought a few of them then proceeded to look for more paper goods for card crafting. Found a few origami papers that have cute designs. It was a quick stop over & I proceeded at checkout, no muss no fuss. The young man at the counter was courteous (he looked a bit stoic & 'mechanical', although it didn't bother me one bit, probably coz it seemed appropriate at the time for this environment lol). Just like that, I was done, got what I needed. Good & quick shopping adventure. I would love to return to this location to browse (probably shop some more) & see what else I will find. It does feel like an adventure visit Daiso

It was so incredibly hot today and very sunny. I had to stop in to buy some protective sleeves for my arms. Daiso is the perfect store to purchase all kinds of knickknacks, whether it's for your kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, garden, car, closet, garden, etc. They have it all, and then some! They have a wide selection of Disney and Sanrio stuff too! They have snacks and drinks too! Most items in the store cost $1.75, but be mindful of the color-coded items that have a higher price. All sales are final, so know what you want/need before you commit to the purchase! No returns or exchanges. This store was big, clean, and organized.

Gotta love their Disney themed Zip lock bags. Late post share

Update Review to 4 stars: I used to work in the town of Chino Hills, CA., and live not far from here. Though some prices aren't any more $1.5, I guess you just ask the staff for a price check before deciding to buy anything. It is a store you can't return but just make sure you are buying what you need and not what you don't need then you won't need to return anything. Parking is always free from plaza parking and quite convenient. Selection: lots of stuff to choose from Home stuff to Decorations to you name it.... I'll likely be back when I run out of wrapping stuff later.

From party city featuring princess Tiana

DAISO used to be "all the rage." I'm throwing my daughters a princess party and couldn't help but notice there is not one single depiction of Princess TIANA! (This is who my daughter wants to be) I SMELL R***ISM. Im just calling it like I see it. Dollar Tree, 99, every other "dollar" store and also party city has all the "main" princesses including TIANA! This store used to be reliable for "affordable" trinkets. Now everything seems to be $1.75 or more, even little dinky items like princess mini ziploc containers, and any kind of small items. I'm not sure I'll be back to Daiso in the future, it's one giant shipping container full or random crap.

My recent visit was on Sunday, 11/14/21. This Daiso location is next to 99 Ranch market. I come here often to purchase literally everything. This is like an Asian Dollar Tree. The kitchen gloves here are my go-to purchase. High quality and affordable. As of 11/14/21, this location is open Monday - Sunday from 10am - 8pm. They are now selling Christmas decor! Whether you need to wrap presents, bag presents or decorate your house, Daiso has everything!

This is a medium sized and well stocked Daiso location. Parking and crowds were not a problem during a weekday afternoon. This might be my imagination, but can't help but think the selection and quality of their items has decreased in the decade since I first began going. Understandable with supply chain issues and inflation, however I find myself opting for Target for higher quality goods. The store and branding are still charming. They still carry neat items too.

Bright, clean, spacious--It's our go-to shop for stationary, stickers, inexpensive notebooks, bookends, and Asian snacks! All sales are final. Most items range in price from $1.00 to $2.50 unless otherwise indicated. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Small selection of sodas, produce area wasn't kept well, I didn't want to touch anything there. I just looked at their meat section from a distance and didn't dare to get any closer. I stopped to ask a worker a question SSI rolled my cart, I couldn't find butter sticks. I just said, "Excuse me" and she, this severely obese obese woman with long dark hair barely looked at me with this look of 'don't bother me bitch' with demon eyes, said nothing all this time and down on the floor on her knees kept counting drink cans in the cooler where the creamers were. She ignored me and carried on counting. I waited 3 seconds and moved on. Rude! That did it for me. Got what the store had in stock shelves that I needed on my list, paid and made my way outta there. I was previously at Dollar Tree and it was way cleaner, neatly stocked shelves, friendly faces, smiles. This place must be haunted with bad energy or something coz it was not pleasant for customer service or being there. Yeah there's some savings but with the limited merchandise, the kind of service or demon help, I'll happily go to another store. Paranormal investigators need to go in and cleanse this store. It's where bad spirits say, "get out!" j/k

There are no other store associates on the floor just this pathetic manager and the poor cashier guy thats handling all the customers in this long line to handle this grief. One time this pathetic manager was helping another customer at another register. In this long line and only register open, i asked if she was open at the other register she was at. She said no, helped this other customer and crawled back into her hole office. There was a long line. Around first part of November a young dark olive-skinned man cashier, clearly new, slow due to being careful at scanning each item, and this only one open register - due to this manager - I had a return/exchange. He had to walk away to knock on her door to crawl out of her hole to help him with this transaction, only to "tell" him what to do rather than "teach/train" him because she didn't even look or need the receipt. This manager didn't touch the receipt and just wanted to go back to her hole. Oh, and this cashier isn't there anymore. At least daytime. Other stores in the area have grilled me about returns. Some managers wouldn't give back my original receipts i had other purchases on. Some grilled me about specifics about requirements for returned items. I said why aren't they printed on the back of the receipts? How are the customers supposed to know your specifics about what you require or what you wont accept? Yet this pathetic manager didn't even look, touch the receipt or bother train or help this poor trainee cashier to open another register and help with the burden of a long line - and there were no other associates on the floor due to her daytime scheduling. She's heavy set, dark long curly hair and wears glasses, real ghetto, man. Shes useless, shouldn't be a manager. She's getting manager salary for trainee level service. She's not public service, doesn't like or help other customers at all. Absolute FAIL. I used to really like this store but this useless manager keeps me from coming back. The District Manager of this store should fire her. For the District Mgr to hire this Mgr for this store is a BAD reflection on them on the inexperience, low pay managers they hire for Chino Hills rather than skid row areas. This is just not good for District Mgrs. it affects the profit margins of the city, the lack of quality service, credibility, reputation of this store and the district mgr who hired this ghetto manager. She just stays holed up in her office - not there for the store or customers.
