Never opens on time. Really bad for people with busy schedule. Especially when they are hurting to keep businesses inside.

In the one year that Jen and I have been dating, this place has improved and provided many fun days and nights. The Christmas decorations were wonderful and this past weekend they had the Lunar New Year celebration, with many additional pop-up vendors in the street (closed off for pedestrians). We enjoyed walking, talking and exploring all the additional vendors and also the people (and dog) watching was top notch. Judging by the crowd turnout, I would say that this was a successful event, and I hope they add more events like this going forward. Many great restaurants, shops, craft stores and plaza entertainment. Water fountains and train rides for the kids (and some adults too). Whether you come here to dine, shop or just hang out and enjoy the weather with others, this place is a solid choice.

We prefer driving out Inland Empire way over North OC although due to heavy traffic, we would still visit North OC, some times. It is always definitely more convenient driving out any Inland Empire restaurant plazas than any OC areas though. Also, I used to visit Tastea here as well. This is the City of Chino Hills's 'Lowe's' Plaza, but I usually just call the 'Arby's' plaza. Parking is always super smooth like there always exists plenty of parking right outside Arby's. There has never been any parking hassles here at any time visiting the 'Commons,' Chino Hills' plaza. I'll be back again within a flash taking out lunch from 'Arby,' which is located here inside 'The Commons,' Chino Hills, CA. Cya again soon!!!!

I haven't checked out the other restaurants and stores yet. Here are a handful of other businesses that caught my eyes during my recent visit... Lowes, Ayres Hotel, Corner Bakery Café, Wahoo's Fish Taco, The Boiler, Arby's, Hobby Lobby, BJ's Brewhouse, Dave's Hot Chicken, Tastea, Pho Mai, Yogurtland, Ray's Duck House, and so much more. Lots of free parking available. The next time I'm in the Chino Hills area, I'll have to try out Corner Bakery Cafe and Wahoo's Fish Tacos maybe even The Boiler. They also have Indian, Mexican, Thai restaurants. My dear friend lives nearby here so I'll have to ask her which restaurants are good to eat at. Happy Shopping and Dining!!

The selection isn't huge like the major SoCal shopping giants, but the stores they do have are genuinely useful. You've got a solid mix of clothing spots, beauty, shoes, tech, a few unique boutiques, and enough anchor stores to make it easy to get what you need without hopping all over town. It feels very practical, like a mall that understands everyday errands instead of trying too hard to be something it isn't. Value wise, it's honestly one of the better malls in the area. Prices feel fair, parking is effortless, and you're not spending half your day fighting crowds just to grab a couple things. Even the food options give you a good range, from quick bites to sit-down spots that don't make your wallet cry. It's the kind of place where you walk out feeling like you got everything done without the stress that other malls bring. The ambience has definitely improved. Parts of the mall still have that quiet, echoey vibe, but the updated sections create a nice contrast because they feel bright, clean, and fresh. The lighting is better, the layout feels more open, and it's one of the few malls where you can actually hear yourself think. It has a relaxed energy that makes it easy to stroll around without feeling rushed. You can tell they're still working on polishing everything, but the direction they're going is promising. Overall, Montclair Place feels like a mall in transition, but in a good way. It gives you convenience, decent variety, comfortable ambience, and a calm experience that's rare these days. I'll definitely keep coming back because I can see the progress, and I'd be happy to update my review as they continue improving.
