I happened to be at the San Dimas Plaza (SDP) to withdrawal some moola from Wells Fargo. On my way out, I needed to use the ladies room. I saw Burlington and thought it would be a good place to go. My first impression upon entry was WOW. It was bright, clean, and organized. It was my first time here. This is my 2nd Burlington I've been at. The 1st Burlington was at Ontario Mills. Funny, I was so mesmerized with the atmosphere and their merchandises (they got a little bit of everything... selections are good) that I forgot why I was here in the first place. Anyway, I perused around for a little bit. I saw a nice red heart & white flower mug and it was only $3.99. I ended up getting it to replace a mug that I recently threw away. Yay! I also picked up a nose trimmer for my hairy nose (just kidding LOL). Check-out was easy. The lady staff was pleasant. If you're wondering, I did eventually use the all gender restroom. They have two of them that require a code. However, they can only be opened by the staff members... not sure why. Maybe it is a preventive measure from shoplifting. The next time I'm at SDP, I'll have to spend a bit more time here and see what other goodies are up for grabs. See you here! read more

This must of been the cleanest organized Burlington I have visited in recent times. Did not see nothing on the floors. Everything was where it was supposed to be. Kudos to the crew that makes this happen. It makes it easy to find items the customer is looking for. read more

A new fresh organized Burlington added to San Dimas area. The location of the store: Is great! It is in a very busy plaza beside it is close to freeway. Parking: No worries at all! There are numerous parking spots. The store itself: Is very organized. The lay out of the aisles are great! You can move around and locate many items in the same moment! The quality of the merchandise is excellent. You can find expensive brands in a very affordable price. The Employees: Are very welcoming and friendly I found a pair of puma and there was no price tag. When I went to the cashier(her name was Daniella), she was very cooperative and patient. She contacted the manager to find out the price. Meanwhile, Daniella was so friendly, we were chatting about some merchandise I bought and she told me about new merchandise they carry which was useful. In general, my experience was amazing. The store is a great addition to San Dimas. Shout out to Daniella! read more

Last employees that cannot simply open the Restroom for elderly patrons. Employees expect for you to wait until they finish hanging things up. Plus only 1 cashier open with 16+ people in line. Lazy, incompetent, and understaffed. read more

The employees at this Burlington have been withholding hello kitty and carebear blankets from customers and buying the blankets for themselves. Would not come to this Burlington because of this abuse of power and reselling the blankets. This is known behavior from them. read more

I go to Burlington often. Different locations. For some essentials such as under garments, gifts, cologne, socks, apparel etc. they have a bit of everything. I had a gift card so I was in the area and found some good stuff. I really like that this location had their fitting rooms available. That helped with making my purchases. Service was good. Helpful people. Availability varies depending on what you're looking for. Plenty of parking because it's in a shopping center. Nothing much to add. Had a good experience. Keep it up. read more

This Burlington sucked. It had outdated clothes and not a variety of stuff to shop for. Very old looking stuff.

This Burlington's customer service is amazing! It's warm and inviting and the selection is great! Bertha always helps me and she is attentive and kind! I live in West Covina but I make the drive to this Burlington because the atmosphere is better it's clean and stocked as well! Came in to buy my kids some school clothes, store has a great selection and prices are very reasonable. Fitting rooms if needed. Customer service was very helpful and nice. Only problem with here and it's likely due to employment issues everywhere is no help to check people out. It took longer to check out than it was to shop here, and we were here a good while. I was in the store today to look for bedding, linen and wall art. I found myself at the boys section and thought to get some new school clothes for my great grandson. I picked up several boys pants, t-shirts, socks, etc. items. While at the register the employee, Sonia (hope I spelled that correctly) found that one of the t-shirts was missing the pant paired with the shirt. She immediately, let me know and rather than have management look for the missing pant, I had her refund me for that purchase. It's pretty exceptional that Sonia actually looked at the tags and counted the number of pieces when she began to bag them. She saved me a return trip and I appreciated her efforts 100%. Newly opened Burlington! Extremely well stock in items that cater to this area. Very clean store and very helpful employees. A store that is fully stock and fresh with alot of new and unseen items. Ample parking as well, same plaza as Starbucks! read more

I have not been into a Burlington in years. I decided to stop in. Everyone was friendly and nice, including security. The store is well kept and clean. Plenty of parking in the shopping area. I found some good deals for my toddlers and some goodies for myself. I like that they are open late because I can shop after my late work hours. I had to make one exchange and it went smoothly no issues with my exchange. read more

I like the selection, some of the quality is great, and always find something. The posts I see a lot are always negative specially during the holidays. Keep in mind that 1 this is an off price store which means that they carry affordable known and unknown brands at already discounted prices. 2, during the holidays customers are extremely messy and I feel bad for the workers to pick up after the mess that people make: 3, the Alhambra store is not messy once the holidays passed. The service is friendly, fyi this is not Nordstrom so stop expecting that kind of service from workers who get paid minimum wage and who probably don't get enough hours as I have experienced. Horrible experience with a female supervisor. I brought back a pair of pants to exchange because they were too small. I really don't return things so I had taken the tags off. She started giving me a hard time over it even though I had the receipt. I told her I was never told I had to bring the tags to make an exchange. She told me that I if I had any common sense I would know that. She was rude and adamant that she spoke to me in the right way. She should have common sense not to talk to customers that way read more
