Even though it has that dark decor and vibe, they still sell cute anime or Disney accessories. I like their variety of Loungefly backpacks and they are cool to collect and also can be quite expensive. I also browsed their clearance section which contained a lot of T-shirts, anime hoodies, Sanrio merchandise, and goth-inspired accessories like chokers, jewelry, and platform shoes. Service was good. Some employees are friendly and helpful when it comes to finding sizes or locating specific merchandise. However, a lot of times the prices aren't marked so I had to take it to the register to get the value.
