Today I was browsing through for the fun of it when this beautiful dress caught my eye. I was escorted to the fitting room by Myra with a beautiful smile on her face. Complimented the dress on me giving me the nudge to commit. Helped me decide on size and fit. To sweeten the deal she informed me everything on that rack was reduced to dirt cheap. I was quite shocked to find out the reduced price, it was a steal! If she didn't invest the time I might have walked away debating if it was worth paying the price on the tag not knowing it was reduced further to almost nothing. What can I say about this place... Best experience that I ever had when it came to crunch time. Let's start with an associate name Mary, she greeted me and asked if she can help me with anything, I right away perked up and said yes!! I was getting married in 2 hours and needed to find a dress because the one i had preferred online was not the color I had anticipated. Mary right away started pulling dresses and immediately had me try on the dresses. I found one that I fell on love with a beautiful float dress that she had pulled. Today I experienced rude and unprofessional assistance from this employee. I didn't catch her name, however, I came to Windsor West Covina to shop for dresses for my wedding venue as I live around the area! What was supposed to be an exciting experience turned into an atrocious experience by this employee. I asked for a size XL because a certain dress caught my eye it was almost my dream venue dress! amazing! When I asked this employee she quickly replied with "sorry we don't carry extra large sizes." with the most snarky tone ever! It felt very degrading and made me feel shameful of my own size! ): So I say okay thank you anyways and I continue to browse for fun because according to her there are no XL so why bother to look to buy right? Then, I found the dress I asked for in XL! and I noticed I saw a few dresses in XL it made me think.. Why did she lie to me? Why did she make me feel embarrassed for even asking the question I asked? very rude and a total mockery to me and women of XL size. It's disgusting to make others feel not only dirty (constantly gave us looks of disapproval as we chose to stay to look around) but to ridicule someone regarding their body size. I was greeted the moment I walked in. Not sure by who but I was definitely welcomed. My 5-star review is for Christina. She was wonderful. The moment I grabbed something, she offered to start a fitting room for me. Every time I was holding something new, she made sure to take it to the fitting room for me. She could not have been more attentive or more pleasant. No greeting, any time I needed help it seemed like I was ruining their whole day. I'm pretty sure I got a few eye rolls. -.- I was told I couldn't bring in a pair of heels because people steal them.... So, I was being accused of going to steal heels? Mmm yeah. I probably spend so much at Windsor I personally paid your paycheck. What am I going to do, stuff them in my bra? Wtf? Then they lost the dresses I had on hold, were just overall rude. Terrible customer service. The short girl who works at the fitting room area is extremely rude and looked annoyed by our presence as if we were in her way while shopping. We purchased two dresses but frankly this store did not deserve our money. I've never been to another store where they hover over you and make you feel like you're going to steal the dress. She's was just so unprofessional, she kept giving dirty look to this wonder associate that helped me the whole time, Megan. I found nothing at Cerritos Mall and since I was in a time crunch so I got on yelp once I got to my car. I came across the comments for West Covina and decided to make the drive. I saw that Mary was highly recommended and the fashion Gods must have been with me because she was working and helped me. Oh My Gosh... If you need an outfit but need some guidance, don't waste your time anywhere else. Come see Mary. I was looking for a flattering dress but was picking all the wrong styles, or so I learned. I had it all wrong. Mary picked out a few dresses and even styled me from head to toe with their accessories. I would have never picked those dresses out on my own, but they worked. I went to this location to possibly try the dress on before purchasing it online and of course they only sell it online. I did end up trying on something else and I love how spacious the rooms are. I had my daughter with me, so it fit the stroller and both of us with plenty of space.
