Located in Weat Covina Plaza mall across from Bath and Body works and Victorias Secret. This location has a lot of cute goodies! I was really browsing and looking around for fun but there was just too many cute things. So I got some new plushies, makeup, and lip balm for my niece. Also got a few t shirts to wear at home for lounging. Pretty much good store to grab cute things for yourself or as gifts. They also sell vinyl blind boxes here so that's exciting to see what you get. They even have the cutest stationary for sale as well. Overall store is neatly organized and prices are on every item. I am fond of Miniso. I went to different Miniso branches.The West Covina branch is smaller than other branches I visited, but it was organized. It still has many cute merchandise for Harry Potter and Hello kitty. The store has a wide variety of snacks. The staff was friendly. The shop was clean. As a helpful tip, bring a reusable bag with you because there was thirty cents bag fee. read more

Decent Miniso in terms of the stock that they have here. There were a couple of Sanrio items that I didn't see at the Pasadena or Arcadia mall locations. Staff were friendly enough and were busy restocking and working the cashier. Liked that they have their own self check out too if the line gets too long. Overall not a bad place to stop by if you want to shop for kawaii goods. read more

I am not one to leave a bad review, but all I have to say is that I will NEVER support this location again! I was very excited to shop for my vacation coming up. I walked into the store because I saw a cute hat I liked. Everything was going well, I tried on the hat and I was comparing it to another hat I had bought from a previous store. After some thinking, I decided to purchase it. I proceeded to walk to the register and gave him (the cashier) my number and name for rewards. As I'm going to pay, the cashier says in a disrespectful and hostile tone: "Oh and that other one that is in your bag too." The cashier accused me of stealing! Which I did not!!! He was extremely rude and honestly made me feel very uncomfortable. Because I had bought a similar hat from a previous store, I pulled it out of the bag I was carrying to show him it wasn't from his store. I even showed him the receipt from the other store. He just said "Oh well that looks very similar.." Excuse me? It is not any of your business what I buy or if I want to have two similar hats. Super unprofessional. He proceeded with the purchase but I had never in my life felt so disrespected that I changed my mind and walked away. They did not deserve my $12 sale. He also said "Oh I'm just doing my job." 04/16 came here to get my kids some nic naks they are both 2 and I use a wagon stroller for both of them I'm going through the pillow isle and there's a worker with a ladder and a lady looking at pillows behind me so I asked the worker can I pass she moved the ladder less than an inch my stroller still didn't fit meanwhile I'm going back and forth with her to see if she can move the ladder back so I can pass everything was falling from me trying to get by she wouldn't move ! So finally my husband came around and asked what's going on and he pushed the ladder out of the way and she looks at us like wtf so then I told her you didn't move so we had to move it for you and she kept arguing with me about her moving when she didn't like she didn't want to let us get by .if I didn't have my kids probably would have been alot worse for her but I kept my cool while she kept a arguing . One of my favourite places for shopping and buying bargain items, I've known there are over 500 different Miniso's worldwide! It's a co-op mega brand market owned by Chinese and Japanese owners Ye Guo Fu and Miyake Junya! They sell exquisite, inexpensive things from umbrellas to pens to stuffed animal toys to womens' brand mascaras. Overall, I liked them a lot! The staff who worked at this location was quite attentive when I simply asked where is the blue inked pens...then she told me it was around the second aisle in which I followed down and found it. The other Miniso's I've been in addition to this one? In China(Beijing, Shenyang, Harbin, Xi'an); In Ukraine(Kiev, and only Kiev has 5 Minisos there already!). read more

This Miniso is located near Forever 21 and Best Buy. It's always fun to come in to see all the little cute random items. A lot of the time I just buy things I don't need cause I can't resist. It's like an upscale version of Daiso. Their items have a much higher quality. They carry a little bit of everything from wallets, plushies, utensils, pens, to battery chargers. The only downside is that it's much smaller compared to Daiso, so it doesn't have as much! read more

Do not buy their lip stick!!! I swatched the coral lipstick on my hand. In about 10 minutes, I had rash on my hand! I returned to the store, the saleswoman told me that my allergic reaction is caused by the sample, then she looked at my hand and said, " I just work here." She took the lipstick out of my hand and put it back to the shelf. She did not apologize, very poor customer service and irresponsible! This is my first visit and will never return! read more
