He was friendly, super patient, and explained everything. He understood how difficult it was to look for rose gold chains, especially when thicker too. I was super indecisive and he gave me all the time in the world to look through their gold book which had all kinds of designs and thickness scaled to life size so I could place my pendant on it to imagine how it would look. He also brought out samples of chain types as I picked out ones to see if I'd like the look in person. He ended up finding an estate gold chain that looked absolutely perfect for my husband's pendant in shine and style. We tried it for a few days (they give you 30 days hassle-free) and my husband knew it wasn't the right length of style for his personal preference and our tuggy toddlers within one day. I typed in the number the owner provided and the name 'So' automatically generated so I knew it was the correct number. I showed her to double confirm and she said yes. So in the fillable section that asked for the name, I wrote the name of the business, In Fashion. I paid and showed her confirmation. The confirmation showed her phone number but she would not give me my merchandise because I didn't write the name 'So.' She didn't ask me to so it shouldn't have been a problem. Secondly, she still received payment from me so it definitely shouldn't have been a problem. I told her I can't cancel the Zelle payment. She then told me she didn't receive any payment. I was there for about 20 minutes on the phone with my bank who confirmed that the phone number I Zelle'd did in fact receive the payment. They filed a dispute for me and I left under the impression that my bank would refund me but I got a noticed today stating that my claim was denied because they determined the owner received my payment. That was a misunderstanding on my part. I thought the dispute was final and confirmed otherwise I would not have left that day without my merchandise. So basically, the owner received my payment, I showed her proof, she refused to take a picture of the proof because she was not satisfied with the name I wrote and she refused to give my merchandise. I typed her number in. Her name came up. The owner confirmed but was unsatisfied with me putting the name of the business instead of her personal name so she kept MY merchandise that I PAID FOR. This was my first time using Zelle with them and the last time I will ever shop their store. I just found out today via a notice in the mail that chase wouldn't refund me so that's why I'm writing this today. I'm calling the loss and moving on but I want to warn others because 20$ doesn't break my bank but I wouldn't want this to happen to someone who comes up on a larger bill.
