This is a review, strictly for Christian super kind and went out of her way to help us. Thank you for your great customer service..

Worst customer service, Manager Manuel Padilla was no help. Went in to do a return, he was rude, and did the bare minimum to help me.

The service was awesome with the guys not the young girls . They don't have people skills not even a hi or nothing and one of them was showing her cheeks from her ass . Not very professional dress code . The value of the product and quality is ok read more

Just an ok PacSun like most. Honestly, easier to order online because the clothes will be better quality and not as dirty, dusty covered if they've been sitting in the store for a while lol. The sales associate did not greet us when we walked in. This is probably a common occurrence in all PacSun stores smh. read more

Has a lot of options and selections, value is good, service was good as well, and has a ton of choices and not empty unlike other.

worst service ever! I had walked in asking questions regarding their clothes and a green sweater girl was on the counter sitting and when i told her to show me the jeans all she did was stay sitting there and pointed to where they were. she couldn't even get off that counter to go show me herself. read more

It's a good shop to find some nice clothes and some great shoes. I took my little man for a Camo Sweatshirt where other places didn't have it, not even the Addidas store. Even thought it was a little big for him he still wanted it. The Gentlemen in the front desk was very helpful and told us about the offers they had. They also carry some nice Shoes I hadn't seen for a while anywhere else. I just wish there was a bit more help in the store but it seemed like they were busy. Overall It's a good shop and had a good experience. read more

Luis was extremely helpful. As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted and Luis asked me if I need help. He helped me find my sizes and got a fitting room started for me. Luis also informed me of all the sales going on, which made me buy more than I anticipated. He was a great help and because of my experience with him I was come back and shop here. People may not remember what they purchased, how much they spent or who they shopped for but they will remember how you made them feel. Thanks Luis! read more

They close early every night.. I've tried to come in multiple times from 6-7:30pm and they are already closed and shut down registers. This is ridiculous. The mall is open until 8pm, they should be open until then. Also, workers are rude. It's a pacsun.. no need to be disrespectful to customers paying your commission. As a previous retail employee, I would never treat anyone this way or shut down my registers hours before closing. It's your job to be there. read more

they don't know how to pick up the phone I called multiple times and they were being rude and prank calling.

I personally like shopping here. They have pretty good selection of clothes and the sales are always great. They always have the BOGO deal , so make sure to check weekly or every couple weeks. They have good selection of shoes too .... even though i have yet to purchase a pair from here since im usually at foot locker or nike store instead. Anyway stop by and check it out. Maybe you'll go home with some fresh gear. read more

Seriously, they have a great staff but I cannot stand their manager. She is annoying and pushy, if I wanted to buy something I would. I put an item on hold as I was shopping for a gift & wanted to see if I could find anything else, I came back to buy another item and she was so rude about me changing my mind. She should rethink her job choice if she's going to be rude and does not know how to properly phrase things when she tries to up-sell her clients. I also asked her a question regarding the small and she was rude once again. If you're going to be the most unpleasant person that is a part of the staff at a store, you really should not be a manager. read more

Clueless staff and unwilling to help costumers. I walked in today and asked for help in regards to the sizes, the girl at the counter was completely clueless and unable to even answer the simplest question in regards to sizing. You guys are basically paying your employees to be mouth breathers. Worthless. read more

Faith was so awesome ! She helped me so much to find the right size and make sure I walked out satisfied!

I love stopping by this shop each time I'm at this mall. I love that they make their promotions and specials very visible. I notice that this store tends to be well organized. A little crowded and not as spacious as the Brea store, but that's ok. The staff are always welcoming whenever I stop by. I wish the fitting rooms were in a small hallway in the back like most places. It's just weird how they're outside near the women's section. I bought a t-shirt here. That's all I can remember. read more

PacSun - Buy 1 get one 50% off sale - Accessories Near Me - West Covina, California

If I can give 0 stars I would , worst experience ever . Just the fact that I had a gift card and tried using it in the store and I knew it worked and I'm 100 percent the guy at the register didn't know how to do his job neither did he know what was on sale . He clearly worked here to he should know right? ... I told the manager and asked him if he could at least discount 10% for the fact we had to come back because we left because the dumb guy didn't know what he was doing and told us there was nothing on my card. And when we came back and there was none in the size I needed.. manager said there was nothing he can do practically.. bullshi... read more

I love PacSun; their jeans and joggers are my favorite. What isn't my favorite is one particular female employee of Hispanic descent who was just downright rude when I asked to try on something. She wears a shit ton of lipstick and gives one hell of a stink eye. Ok I get it, you have a job at West Covina mall and not Rodeo Drive, but an attitude adjustment is really all I ask for. I never like making purchases if I feel like I'm not welcome. And a friendly tip to whoever plays the music in the store, try lowering that shit so that rude employees can hear me when I talk to them. read more

Dope mens jeans that's personally sold here that u dont see online plus the cashier that helped me was pretty cute aha

This store is amazing because it has employed a girl who likes bucket hats? She has good style and bought nice boots good fashion tips!

The best store in the area. I visted on 11/21/16. Everything was very organized and clean .The people their were really hospitable, especially a young gentlemen named "Jasso". He was super helpful and attentive. He gave me the run down on all the deals and helped me pick out some snazzy outfits. Will definitely be back to this location. read more

I can't believe how poor the customer service here was. I came in to buy some clothes and felt like I was being watched by one of the employees, it was a girl. I get that people steal from PacSun, but I wasn't acting suspicious and was literally browsing the store. She gave me the dirty eye the whole time and when I went to buy an item she was really smug with me. She even held up my $5 And $20 bill to make sure it was real... like that's taking it too far. Would not recommend coming here. The selection is very minimal too. I really only saw size xsmall and small. read more

I went into pacsun and I was like "hello :)" to a girl wearing a little crop top with her belly button showing, she didn't say anything back and walked away. I laughed it off but literally none of the workers greet you or talk to u. Like it was really bad. You could tell they didn't wanna be there. For the manager that is gonna see this, I went in there at 6:28pm today. read more

my daughter is in highschool and she loves pacsun. But the thing is it is so expensive I have to work so much just so I can keep buying her stuff from this store. I mean yea good quality means expensive but like really do u have to sell a shirt for $70?????? read more

The manager candice is the most rude, disrespectful employee I've ever came across. When i came in to do a return she gave me the worst attitude. She made me feel very uncomfortable. She kept pushing me to exchange but every time i said no i can tell she got even angrier. At one point she threw the receipt at me. When i walked out of the store i couldnt help but cry. I love pacsun so much but because of her i dont think i can ever shop here again. She definitely gives pacsun a bad reputation read more

It's been a couple of days now ...but this young boy named Eloyd was very kind and helpful. He is very young but shows maturity in sales. Great job also if you guys can put more variety of sizes out for mens jeans that be great... Again thanks to Eloyd found my size read more

First off I LOVE pac sun but I have never been more disappointed than I was today. There were two young ladies working today. I had a few things to try on. I asked for a fitting room and the girl (wearing a hat and dark heavy makeup ) was just so rude. Not a single smile or you're welcome. I then was rung up by the other girl. Super friendly...she was probably new. But still so helpful. As I walked out i saw the mannequin had a romper I wanted to try on and knew I would buy it. I asked the dark makeup girl if I could try it on (because it was the only size small they had). She was not having it. She rolled her eyes and said "the problem is you just want to try it on.." she just had the ugliest attitude. Like hello...your job is to sell. But with that attitude I left and didn't want to try on anything else. If you don't like helping people get a new damn job! Worst service ever! I went to charlotte Russe and the lady who worked there encouraged me to try on the dress on their mannequin...took it off for me and I ended up buying it. So to the chick at pacsun. Please learn to do a better job or quit and go elsewhere... Definitely not going back to that pacsun again Also. I was SO disappointed after that visit that I had to create a yelp account just so I can warn you guys about her read more
