The interior of this store has that classic edgy vibe with dark decor, loud music, and walls full of graphic tees, hoodies, chains, backpacks. Even though it has that dark decor and vibe, they still sell cute anime or Disney accessories. I like their variety of Loungefly backpacks and they are cool to collect and also can be quite expensive. I also browsed their clearance section which contained a lot of T-shirts, anime hoodies, Sanrio merchandise, and goth-inspired accessories like chokers, jewelry, and platform shoes. Service was good. Some employees are friendly and helpful when it comes to finding sizes or locating specific merchandise. However, a lot of times the prices aren't marked so I had to take it to the register to get the value.

The staff is so helpful, especially Pow. She helped us navigate the store and find what we needed. But then again, getting lost in all the merchandise isn't so bad because they have so many little knickknacks you can examine. My husband always has to pull me out of the store because left to my own devices, I'd probably linger there for hours.

I rarely leave one-star reviews, but I had a concerning experience with a store manager today…read more I returned to the store after realizing I used the wrong coupon on a Crocs purchase. When I was told the correct coupon couldn't be applied after the transaction, I accepted it and proceeded with a return. While waiting, my teenage daughter overheard a manager, Fernando, say to another employee, "Tell those girls that our returns aren't working," then quickly retract it when she looked over. We completed the return without comment. As we were leaving, the same manager, Fernando, called out to my daughter, "Next time take a picture." When I asked what he meant, he said she had been "staring" at him. I told him she is a child and that the comment was inappropriate. He responded, "I am a child too." I then asked for a supervisor and was told none were available; I later learned he was a manager. Another manager stepped in, apologized, and offered the Crocs at no charge, which I appreciated. However, the issue is not the product or the resolution, but the behavior of a manager making a confrontational remark toward a teenage customer as she was leaving. I will be reporting this to Crocs corporate. Customers, especially minors, should be treated with professionalism and respect at all times.

I didn't find out until I went to the store for pick up. They have sales ALL THE TIME and a HUGE clearance section. Not very many of the smaller (00) size is in store. Mostly you'll have to go online and cross your fingers. Not really a complaint because the store IS geared more towards larger sizes, which in turn lends to them carrying bras with bigger cup sizes. I…read moreCAN be a little awkward but I have been collecting contemporary AND vintage coach bags for years, I'm really passionate about the brand and keep up to date with the new drops. I dragged my boyfriend in to make a big purchase. (If there is one store I'm not introverted in, it's Coach) and I'm browsing bags, rattling off facts, annoying him with lore, and it took awhile for me to notice we never got greeted. Store was not busy, we were pretty much in the middle of the room, and I can honestly say that this is not the service I would've expected. I started feeling really self conscious and asked my boyfriend if he can get someone to see if the stuff I picked out was available in the back, because the floor model of the bag I wanted was scuffed. An associate allegedly told him that she'd be right back, time passes and we see her talking to another customer. We give her more time and she's obviously not in a rush to finish helping us. We left after waiting over 15min. I was really disappointed with my experience there, especially knowing that I've visited other stores and have received outstanding service. I have worked retail and the very LEAST she could've done was gotten another associate to help us OR just acknowledge that she would finish with us in a moment because she was busy.
