Very rude and arrogant coming from management. Lesson learned won't be going to this store again. I'm giving my gift card away :(

First time coming to this DSW location and the staff are very friendly. They greet you when you enter the store and ask if you need help. So my shoe donations can be used on anything including clearance items. This makes it a super great deal. Took my time browsing for some new boots for Fall weather. They have new items in stock and if you don't find it in store you can order it to ship to your home or to the store for later pickup. That's why I like coming to DSW. Always a good time.

During my recent visit, she was very friendly, welcoming, helpful, and a true professional. I wanted a pair of Cole Hahn shoes I saw on display. Unfortunately, my size (13) was not available in the store. Prices here are very reasonable, and customers can expect to find a mix of name-brand and off-brand shoes. I was truly satisfied with my shopping experience. Sylvia went out of her way to locate exactly what I wanted and placed an order for me. The shoes will be delivered to my home free of charge in a matter of days.

I was just casually browsing with my child and wasn't even planning to buy anything yet. I actually wanted to wait for the big holiday sales to get matching shoes for the two of us. But this young man was SO helpful and attentive. He kept bringing me shoes he thought I might like, helped me with different sizes and styles, and somehow always knew what to bring next. He was patient, friendly, and never pushy at all. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his job. That kind of attitude is rare these days, especially from someone so young. I ended up buying because of how wonderful the whole experience was. Whoever hired him made a great choice -- this young man is definitely a keeper! He deserves some recognition (and honestly, a raise!).

I walked inside, was greeted, and then one sales associate asked if I needed help. I showed her the shoes I wanted to try on and provided her with my size. One minute later, she returned from the back and stated they didn't have my size. She handed me one size smaller and one size larger. I tried both on and stated that they did not fit. At that time, she said I can loosen the laces on the smaller shoe, and then stated that they ran big. I repeated they didn't fit. I then told her, I would think about a different color and return to purchase them when I decide. Immediately after I finished my sentence, she seemed disinterested, rolled her eyes, and walked away from me without saying a word. This caused me to not want to purchase shoes from this location. My mom was with me and also was annoyed with the employees because she asked a question about a pair of Birkenstock sandals and they both looked at each other and started laughing. Overall this was not a pleasant experience and I believe that customer service should be top priority. I will not purchase shoes from this location in the future.
