My kids needed shoes very badly, I didn't feel like going to a large retail store just to buy shoes, I wanted to be in and out within a few minutes since it was a Monday evening. I searched for shoes on Yelp and came across this place that's so close to home. We gave it a try since it was so close, mine you it was close to 8 pm. We went in and it was 2 workers, the younger person came and helped us with so much effort! It's like her very mission was to find the right shoes for my kids with a huge concern of making sure they got comfortably for them which I truly appreciated. It was no bother at all to get different sizes and brands and that made me feel at ease. We bought 3 pairs of shoes with ease within 20 minutes, no stress or haggling and much needed help! To top it off, they have a spinning wheel to see if you win one of their prizes which I was not expecting at all, that was pretty cool! I walked in today with my mom because I was in need of new shoes, but as soon as me and my mom walked in the lady that was working there kept following me and my mom around and not even trying to keep her distance, she was right behind my moms back the whole time following us and staring at us and just overall being very unprofessional.I know that this isn't the first time this has happened at this store because I just read a review saying the same thing happened to a prior customer. A good selection of wide shoes. They carry major brands including some cheap unknowns. The atmosphere in the store reminds me like one of that of a swap meet. The workers are constantly asking if you need something. Ot can come off a little pushy but i'm use to that. Staff was friendly and helpful but they didn't have my size of shoe in stock. I was able to get some inexpensive shoes for my work and a pair for casual use for under $70 total. The place is clean. The parking situation for this store really sucks! The last three times I wanted to buy another shoe could not find any parking spot. The street parking is wasted by two old minivans advertising the business area, and in between the vans there's a good three spots, but Jerk offs will park in a way hogging up all the space. I come here to get my kids shoes. They have a good selection of Vans, Converse and some Nikes along with some cute flats and boots for my little girl too. The downside to this location is I always find the employees to be not so helpful. Also, if you use your credit card they may have to swipe it more than once since their machine never seems to be working right. That's just irritating to have to get my card back out and have it re-swiped. Lastly, sometimes it's hard to find parking since the parking lot is pretty small and most spots seem to be taken up by the other stores in this location. read more
