This location is better than the rest and I will tell you exactly why. Originally I purchased Irish Setter boots from the Rosemead location on June 13th and was given a size 10 after my foot scan. After wearing these tk work I came back to Covina Location. Robs service was an unforgettable timestamp in the customer service industry, recreating the shoe business entirely. Rob and the other gentleman were quick to solve my problem and touch the core on what I genuinely needed. These dudes did some serious scanning on these man heels and discovered I actually need size 8. They were kind and understanding enough to make an exchange for me. Wish every location had their business together like in Covina. Drinking a cold one for Rob tonight, God Bless him and the store! read more

Salesperson was amazing . Best work boots ever. I showed up 5 minutes before closing and he was still super helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back ! read more

After customer service replied to my concern, they actually made it right by standing behind their product and replacing my shoe. I understand that the store personnel could not or did not help me out due to policies at their level but at least at the end the company came through and restore the confidence in the product! Thank you for coming through! read more

I have been buying my work boots from this red wings show store since the early 90's. Always the best staff.

Great customer service, salesperson tended to my needs to help me get the best boot for my application. Definitely recommend.

I can't say enough about red wing boots, they're pricey but in the end they are worth the money. I picked up a pair of Irish setters and a pair of traction tred boots which are the best boots I've ever owned. The traction tred boots are as soft as a tennis shoe, they offer free replacement shoe laces, they answered all my question , the service is great. I will definitely get back here when I'm in need of some new boots . read more

The place is clean. Some of the employees are rude and have no customer service. They never have the sizes in stock.

Great service they didn't have what my husband was looking for but they helped him fine something he would like and he did know he can work in comfort read more

Redwings boots are a great product, I use only for work but my only complaint is I could have done it myself but being busy and all I left my boots for an extra protection of toe guard , looks weak , seams like they charge you the 45$ and they squeeze two more pairs of boots. Next time I will ask for the left over or just do it myself. So case in all they profit and charge already paid product to the next hard working customer read more

I am an electrical contractor and wear my boots for 12 hours a day. I went to Red Wing shoes about a week ago looking to get a new pair of work boots. I had purchase a pair years ago and was happy with them till the end. I was greeted by a young man named Johnny, He made me feel at ease never pressured, and very patience with all of my questions. he measured my feet, laced up my boots, install othrothotics and even put mink oil on the leater before I walked out happliy with my new pair. This guy is the Al Bundy of boots I mean that with the highest of respect. I will be bringing my crew in for new pairs of boots from Johnny and this store. Thanks Marco V read more

Olivia was very helpful throughout the process of finding the perfect shoes for my father in law. She gave great recommendations and helped us the whole time we were there which was over 15 mins for sure. Not so sure if I would recommend this shop for female shoes. They didn't have any pretty options. But for reliable work shoes this place is great. Expect to pay at least 300 if you go with the insoles and boots. read more

Came in to buy some work boots this weekend. I literally came in with one shoe on because I stepped on a land mine. Walked out with my new boots . Thank you Martha . read more

Shoe shopping these days are curbside service and you don't get the full treatment of being professionally sized and fitted and the full walk around. After the curbside grab and go and two shifts of foot patrol - these were not the boots for me. Normally I'm a buy 'em and if I hate 'em chuck 'em guy but these were $180.00. I was concerned I was going to get some resistance getting a cash refund. Bare in mind I bought them on Thursday and returned them on Monday and I returned them in perfect condition ( By the way I did pull two shifts of constantly walking and they were so durable they still looked new). So I didn't try to dog 'em out and return trashed shoes, but the return process was seamless pain-free and almost gleeful. Thanks to all you folks at Shoppers Lane Red Wing. read more

Customer service here was top notch. I've never had such great customer service. Right as I walked in, I was greeted, and helped. The rep (sorry I didn't get your name ) was sooo helpful and she found me exactly what I needed. Super super friendly and helpful. I have never felt so pampered in my life lol. I wish I could have gave her a tip. Will definitely be coming back for all my work boot needs. Loved the variety and style of all the boots too. Been buying boots at Payless my whole life and felt like spoilIng myself this time around. Soo happy I walked into this red wings store. read more

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. This being my first experience with redwing boots and won't be my last, I just picked up some Irish setters and was helped by Peter. He was great I was immediately greeted and asked to be helped. I told him my size and he correctly sized my foot size and sold me a perfect fitting boot, to me that is great customer service. Thank you Peter and the redwing team. read more

Customer service is non-existent at this location. Employees are rude and selection is laughable. Go elsewhere.

I really don't leave reviews but I have to say the customer service here was great!! The employee's name was Alexia and she did everything possible to make sure I purchased the right pair of shoes for work. read more

Bought a pair of Irish Setters but after a few hours of wearing them the comfort level was not what I expected. Tried to return them for a different pair less then 24 hours later and was denied. The reason was because they had been worn. But when I purchased them the store kept the box. Which means if I had the box I could have just put them in the box and returned them no questions asked. On top of that was not told the return policy upon purchase or when they kept the box. I have come to this location the past 9 years. I reccomend county employees or non county employees not give this store any further business. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Absolutely the WORST Customer Service! Just went to buy Another pair of work boots. I was helped by the Laziest girl I've ever delt with. Instead of trying help me find the correct style, & size boot for my feet, she told me at least 5 times, that I should go online. She only brought out 1 pair for me to try on. Once I said those weren't comfortable, instead of letting try some other styles, she just kept repeating, " You should go online, You should try online!" This was the worst experience I've ever had at a shoe store, and the laziest sales rep, I ever seen! Don't go here, unless you want to walk out pissed, and without boots! read more

Don't waste your time go to the Upland store and ask for Luis he is knowledgeable friendly and will get what you need. Employees at this store do not have the mental aptitude to sell shoes let alone work boots. read more

I went in to look at some boots, and get some laces for the red wings that i was wearing.the agency I work for gives me $200 for safety shoes so I thought I'd check the place out. Guy wouldn't even give me the time of day since I told him I was" just looking". Instead tried to sell some other lady who came in after me . I didn't even get my free replacement laces. Took my $200 and bought a pair of thorogoods instead. read more

For once, I wish I had read the reviews of this place before I came in ready to purchase something. I was planning to purchase the boots as a gift and I had a few questions going into it. The young guy at the counter was really nice and patient with my questions and I said I would come back after I had thought it over. I came back the next day ready to purchase some boots, however, there was a different worker this time. Unlike the previous employee, this guy didn't want to hear a thing I was saying. He told me to get any pair because they're all work boots and they'll be fine. He cut me off while I was talking and seemed bothered that he had to interact with anyone. I left and went to the Rosemead location for my purchase. Much better experience there, don't waste your time taking a chance that you'll get the nice employees at this location. read more

This location was great! The staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful. They answered all my questions thoroughly and made choosing the perfect boots so much easier! I highly recommend! read more

Great prices compared to other redwings. The customer service was also great ! The girl was helpful and very attentive.

My first pair of Red Wings. From everyone I know that's owned a pair. Have always heard great things about them and the service the store provides. The boot is great, but the service was subpar. I had to ask for information on the boots to even squeeze an answer out of the employee. Both sales reps seemed more interested in my purchasing the boots and leaving. I did most of my research online after about the different styles and warranty. I will definitely travel to another store when I buy my next pair. read more

Clearly the two guys working give two shits about helping customers. Both stayed behind the counter and talked to each other unless we asked a questions, never sis they actually engage us as customers. Store was clean and they did have what we wanted, could have been a much better experience with a little effort read more

Very very upset and disappointed with this red wing store! I left my boots to be cleaned on a Saturday evening and was told to pick them up the following evening. When I got there to pick them up the next day they made me wait for 15 minutes to get them.... the reason they made me wait was because they never cleaned them and they where cleaning them as I waited. They did a mediocre job with the cleaning and they never laced up the boots! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! GO TO THE ONE ON COLORADO BLVD read more

I had bought boots here about 13 months ago and today I needed something to clean and condition them. Keiloni was the saleswoman that helped me. Great customer service.
