I called the West Covina location to schedule a tuxedo fitting appointment and they were completely booked Wednesday, so they made an appointment for me on Thursday afternoon and assured me that it would be ready on Friday afternoon for pick up. When we arrived, Victoria assisted my boys with their measurements and provided me with an affordable option to include the suit, shoes, socks, etc. The shop became so busy with customers but she still hustled and multi tasked and met all customer needs with a friendly attitude. All the employees were very nice and willing to help with anything. They let you try on the looks and give you a good fitting.
