Even though they have your purchase information connected to your number and they know that you did purchase it through your phone number they can pull up about your last purchase, but they still won't return or exchange anything so I honestly would suggest not buying anything here at the store I mean any store anywhere take anything back or give restore credit which I didn't mind but they will not do anything without the original receipt because they don't know where you purchased it or where it came from obviously it's in their system. I can show them proof of my purchase via bank information, but they won't take it. read more

It's a work boot and uniform place for all type of public and private services. They got great collection of brand everything BUT Redwing . I find wear redwings so I don't care. For last 18 years being I. Trade I used them for last 8 years always went home happy. Prices are competitive but doesn't mean cheap . You get discounts here and there. The boots on picture usually goes for 160$ plus tax It was 144$ minus 10% sales price so discounts are available. And shoe cleaner I paid off pocket (not covered) and buy one got one free. read more

I always come here to get some work boots for work. I tend to stick with red backs and they have been hard to come by due to high demand. I believe the person who helped me out was named Ryan. Even though they didn't have my size Ryan got it done. I thought it was going to take several weeks or months to get the boots but it took 2 weeks. Brands include Converse, Timberland, SAS, Vans, Dr. Martens, Uggs, Skechers, and more. Now I know where to go for shoes if I decide to work in construction or a place that requires steel toed shoes/boots. The store even sells uniforms for Postal Office workers! Nice. Very clean and organized place. The salesgirl who assisted us was extremely kind and helpful. If your size happens to be unavailable, one of the staff can order it for you and it'll take ~1.5 weeks.
