They have a stupid return policy where you need to have the actual hardcopy receipt to return or exchange anything even if it's a manufacture issues. Even though they have your purchase information connected to your number and they know that you did purchase it through your phone number they can pull up about your last purchase, but they still won't return or exchange anything so I honestly would suggest not buying anything here at the store I mean any store anywhere take anything back or give restore credit which I didn't mind but they will not do anything without the original receipt because they don't know where you purchased it or where it came from obviously it's in their system. I can show them proof of my purchase via bank information, but they won't take it. read more

For last 18 years being I. Trade I used them for last 8 years always went home happy. Prices are competitive but doesn't mean cheap . You get discounts here and there. I always come here to get some work boots for work. I tend to stick with red backs and they have been hard to come by due to high demand. I believe the person who helped me out was named Ryan. Even though they didn't have my size Ryan got it done. I thought it was going to take several weeks or months to get the boots but it took 2 weeks. Probably one of the smaller shoe stores I've been to, but it's because they mainly carry shoes for work and play (Their slogan is literally: For work. For play. For you.). Brands include Converse, Timberland, SAS, Vans, Dr. Martens, Uggs, Skechers, and more. Now I know where to go for shoes if I decide to work in construction or a place that requires steel toed shoes/boots. The store even sells uniforms for Postal Office workers! Nice. Very clean and organized place. The salesgirl who assisted us was extremely kind and helpful. If your size happens to be unavailable, one of the staff can order it for you and it'll take ~1.5 weeks. This store can't be missed as it is near the intersection of Amar and N. Hacienda Blvd. Right when you turn into the lot, there are 5-6 parking spots facing the building. read more
