My first experience, I was trying to buy some air forces and they first try to sell me some old all beat up box and the shoe wasn't wearable. Next shoe they give me it's better but still has defects so I had to go back to the store and change it because they don't accept refunds. Went in to buy my toddler some shoes.. I asked the blonde haired lady for a size so my son could try them on. Then I asked her to see another style. The lady said I had to buy the first shoe he tried on because he had been running around the store in that ONE shoe and already looked worn. Which he had maybe wore it for less than 5 minutes (just while I was looking at other shoes) MY advice is don't walk in the shoes you are trying on because YOU WILL HAVE TO BUY IT! If you're buying your kid shoes you won't be able to tell if they can walk comfortably in them. They might not clean their floors I don't know. Very rude poor customer service. Will not come back. I rather pay 3 dollars more at foot locker. read more
