Azteca just earned a new customer. As everyone who follows soccer knows, 2026 is a World Cup year, and it's always a race to find the jerseys for the team(s) you support. I downloaded the Nike app just to get updates on when Korea's jerseys were put out for sale, and there was nothing. I got desperate, because I really want to buy the home and away shirts, and after looking for places, I found Azteca had Korea's away jerseys on a Google search. Since I'd never heard of Azteca before that, I was naturally wary of buying from them, so I checked Reddit and found threads where people asked before me if Azteca was legit, and a lot of people vouched for them. With nothing more than the endorsements of strangers on Reddit, I put in my order for jerseys for my mom and I. I called the store in El Monte immediately to ask if they'd received my order, and the employee said they had, and given that I'd bought the jersey around 3 or 4 PM, it would ship the next day, which was completely valid. I tracked the shipping from the moment Azteca sent the confirmation and tracking numbers, and they just came in. I explained to the employee I talked to that I'm all the way up in NorCal, and I found them on a Google search, so here I was calling and ordering from NorCal. The jerseys came in, and they are amazing, and I checked other retailers if they had Korea's jerseys, including Nike, Dick's and Big 5, and Dick's was the only one that had any in stock on their website/app, but the inventory was limited. For the time I had to spend looking for a jersey and the recommendations those strangers gave on Reddit, this was well worth the buy and waiting for the delivery to come in the mail. I'd also like to shout out the employee I talked to, and while I didn't get her name, she was incredibly patient and kind with me, so thank you, Azteca. I can't wait to buy my next jersey from you guys. read more

I would give them zero starts if I could. Purchased a pair of expensive cleats for our daughter from the store. After one use the cleats broke. Tried to contact them regarding a replacement and have received no response after multiple attempts. At least if you buy from Nike, you can return and get a replacement or a refund. My daughter needed new soccer cleats after a tough tournament, so we stopped in here on our way home. They had so many styles of cleats, the hard part was finding my daughter's size in any styles she liked. We finally found a nice pair she likes. The only down side was all their socks are Nikes, we could have used solid colors for her games, she can't have the swoosh on her socks :/ but I loved all their cleat options. I ordered a jersey online for my boyfriends birthday and received a call stating my order was sent to someone else and it was the wrong size sent out. When I received my package in the mail from Azteca Soccer it was nothing close to what I ordered (I assume the person who got mine, I got there's). When I emailed to get this issue fixed I received a return label. After sending the package out I never heard anything back, it had been almost a week later at this point. So I emailed customer service again and asked them to let me know when they received the return item. The got back to me and claimed they did receive it and that there was a "glitch in their system" and they don't have the "jacket" that I ordered anymore. Claimed they would issue me a refund and for me to confirm. So I wrote back to send me a refund and then two days later they finally claimed my refund was being issued. So someone else received the wrong sized jersey that I ordered, they never informed me what the hell was going on after I sent whatever I got back, they didn't even have what I ordered anymore. And they ruined my gift that I got for my boyfriends birthday. I will never use this store or online services again. read more

We have come here for the last 4 seasons. We normally buy high end shoes. They are very fair, professional and knowledgeable, which is VERY important. This review is long overdue. I normally come here to buy my boy's there Soccer Jersey's for their birthday's and Christmas gifts. I wanted to buy 4 Mexico Jersey's for the world cup as I wanted to show my support for the Mexican Team. On yelp there was a 15% coupon for any items purchased at the store. I grabbed the 4 Jersey's (2 Men, 2 Women), put them on the counter and proceeded to show the coupon to the cashier. The cashier got a hold of a manager to make sure she applied the coupon. The manager then stated that all Mexican apparel was not included for the coupon. I explained that it didn't state that on the yelp coupon. He said, oh well, you would have to pay full price for all 4 items. I felt that they were just wanting to take advantage of the situation that I would just pay the retail price. I decided to put back all 4 Jersey's, valued at $340 for all 4. I went to the Valley Mall, got 4 Jersey's, not Adidas but still good jersey's for $85.00 all 4. The Manager made the wrong decision and not only lost a sale for the day, but a customer for life. Very poor customer service. Returns are difficult and they ship balls without boxes. We ordered a size 5 soccer ball and were sent a size 4. The issue is that it is a futsal ball which only go up to a size 4. We ordered a size 5 since the Azteca website and their customer service says it is a size 5. Of course, we get the ball and it is a size 4. **Also, there was no box for the ball which is something to consider if you are buying a gift for someone. We called and get an earful about how we don't know what we're talking about. They insist that it is a size 5. The Azteca website clearly states size 5. Afterwards we checked and sure enough the first six competitive sites all say size 4. So, if you want a save a dollar and don't much care about quality customer service or truth in advertising Azteca Soccer may be for you! read more
