He walked me over to the bags, then just left me in the middle of a question, and I had to figure things out for myself. Then when I got to the counter, another guy looked even more unbothered. We could definitely tell that he loves what he does and puts a lot of care into his work. Turns out this business is drop shipping from overseas, without full disclosure. This business advertises like they have the goods in shop and even offer a store pick up option on their website. We reach out regarding the unexpected charge. Their response to us was that we could return the goods to them, minus a restocking fee. So we pay the $45 DHL fee to receive the goods, just to return the goods, minus a fee? Alternatively we could refuse to pay the DHL fee and the package would be "destroyed", no refund. They also state that there is a disclaimer on their website regarding tariffs on international orders. Why would this apply to somebody also located in California?... Overall we would caution anybody shopping here due to their unwillingness to work with a customer and the lack of transparency.

With the discounts they were reasonable prices. When checking out, they give you a few vouchers to get in again which is nice. The fitting room was closed when I went for some reason so I had to buy some items without trying them on. Ended up having to come back to exchange a size and it took a little bit of time and a few higher ups to call others to get my stacked discounts maintained. I'd come back if able to again.
