I was doing my last minute Christmas purchases. Couldn't decide on what to get my uncle for Christmas and was going crazy not knowing what to get. I'm a creature of habit and before going somewhere, I must read the reviews so I know what I'm getting myself into. I read several horrible reviews on someone name Adrian and I did not want to run into him. This is the nearest Fanzz to me so I went in crossing my fingers, eyes, and toes for a good experience. When I walked in, I saw one guy working and I immediately asked him for his name. Lucky for me, I got someone name Oscar helping me. Phewwww! I might have turned away if Adrian was there lol. I went in to exchange a Jersey and I bought another Jersey and a hat. Oscar helped me out with no problems and he was very friendly. We chatted about Dodger Spring Training a little while he was ringing me up and then I was out the door. This store is clean and organized and they have a nice selection of Jerseys and all sizes were available so I had no problem finding something for me. The selection of kids jerseys are good as well. However, I tried to find a T-Shirt for my Daughter but they only had large sizes! Booooo! But if they had her size, I would have walked out spending more money so thanks to Fanzz for not having her size, I saved money! Whooo Hoooo! lol Fanzz had a great deal when I was there, I'm sorry I just can't remember what the deal was but I appreciate a good deal especially when I'm buying fan wear. That can get really expensive. I want to say the deal was buy something at regular price and get the 2nd item for 20% or 40% off. Well at least they have sports wear, If you are a collector or looking for something new and unique this place unfortunately does not carry rare sports gear. But they do have a "okay" sports selection to choose from, From Football to Baseball and others. Some sports memorabilia but its the same you'd find anywhere else. Still a AOkay store, Maybe in the future they'll carry something ill die to own. Till then I'll keep checking. read more

This particular location will no longer be receiving my business. I had purchased two Raider jerseys during Christmas season. I ended up going to the store to return one of the jerseys but the assistant store manager Adrian refused my return because the jersey had LINT!! LINT that can easily be removed with a lint roller. I asked for a manger above him and he said he won't be there until 1 pm. Mind you it was 11 am. I made sure I returned in order to speak to the store manager, he processed my return with minimal questions and when we both confronted Adrian he came up with a response different from what he told me prior. Best place in West Covina to find your gear for your favorite team hands down. They carry a variety of teams not just local teams like the Dodgers or Lakers and the experience is always a delight. The manager I believe his name is Oscar is a very kind and patient person, that helped me find what I was looking for despite me not be sure of what I looking for in the first place. He helped me through the whole process until I found what I was looking for never getting inpatient with me. Also they have great deals with a buy one get one 25% percent off BOGO on everything in there store, plus and even better deal with hats and beanies with a buy get one 50% off. With these deals I'll keep coming back to support this local establishment with my business with no hesitation knowing I'll be getting the best customer service in a friendly environment. Horrible service. I asked one of the workers if they had any shot glasses and he points yeah right there and I couldn't see where he was pointing because he was by a rack of clothes. I asked if he could please get me an Eagles shot glass and said we don't have any. I went to the register and asked the lady in the front of the register if they have an Rams or Eagles shot glass she turned around and said we just have Rams. Clearly they didn't check because from where I was standing I saw one behind a Raiders one. I said hmm what about that one and she said oh we only have one. I purchased a shirt from this store as a gift for my nephew on May 20,2018. The shirt was too small I tried to return it as a store exchange to get a larger size they refused to return it, because I did not have the receipt which I no longer have because the store kept the original receipt when I returned another shirt I bought. I was asking for an exchange only not a refund. I do not have money I can just throw away. Then Oscar (the store manager) said their are deodorant stains on the shirt, which is a lie there were not any stains and if he claims it had stains it could be from people trying on the clothes, because my nephew only tried the shirt on was not able to wear it since it didn't fit. I filed a complaint with BBB and this business did not respond to them. I will not recommend shopping here! read more

The store has an okay selection, but every time I've gone in there an employee by the name of ADRIAN always seems to have an attitude. It's almost like he hates his job and therefore feels bothered when asked for something. It wouldn't hurt to crack a smile once in a while I mean it is customer service after all. Went in to this place and received the worst customer servive ever!! I asked for help finding items for a certain team and this employee by the name of ADRIAN seemed to get bothered by it. Mind you he was busy doing nothing. I was the only customer in the store!! He then proceeds to grab couple shirts in team and size i needed and just throw them on top and walks away.
