Now when you call, it's like a hassle for them to check if they have a product. I get transferred to shoes and wait on hold, no one answers so routed back to same guy who says nothing kind or informative, just without a word transfers me back to shoes to wait again, woman answers and again it's like you're putting them out. A whole store of shoes (presumably) but "only one men's pickleball shoe." I guess only men play pickleball? No "I'm sorry. We'll let the owner know there's a request for women's pickleball shoes." My middle daughter requested a pink Stanley tumbler for Christmas. Yes, I could have visited numerous stores as I am sure they all had pink Stanley tumblrs; however, the only place I visited was Dick's Sporting Goods. Upon entering, I went straight to the middle of the store, where many Yeti and Stanley products are on display. It took me all of twenty seconds to find the perfect tumbler for my daughter. It was pink and glittery. I was a happy camper with the tumblar. The only negative for me was that I had a couple of questions regarding the tumblers and a few other items I was interested in purchasing; however, I was unable to locate an available employee to assist me, as the only two employees I observed were the two cashiers at the front of the store. read more

I come here to get new golf club grips and fitting. They have done a good job in the past. So, I've returned with a new set of clubs.

We came VERY late and they still let us in and gave us great service. Ayden worked so hard to accommodate everyone, even though he was the only one running to get shoes. Customers were rude, but he maintained a great attitude and didn't engage. We appreciate the great service and hope the store realizes what a great worker they have. Worst store ever ,came in at 9am with my wife. I was looking at the gloves and she went her way to look at water bottles. My wife went into the restroom and the girl at the shoe department followed her and was hiding behind the door!!! Thinking my wife was stealing. The worker NEVER used the restroom at all . This was my second Dick's that I shopped at this week. I ordered one item on line and came for this one purpose only. It was getting the 2024 LA Dodgers World Champions baseball cap. They already ran out of the one I wanted in the Upland store. It just so happened that I was coming right near here anyways in Covina before picking up a rider. I ordered the hat while I was outside the store. I went in and picked up the item quickly myself, took it up front, showed the cool guy by the front door that I already got the item, he scanned my item, and I was out the door! Did an online order and picked up from here. Picked up my order on 7/30 @ 12:26 pm. There was a boy and a girl working at the counter. I went up and said "I'm here to pick up an order under the name Kyle D*****", which is my name. He then asks for my ID and goes "oh, it's you!" and walks to get my order, as he walks by the girl he goes "Yeah, this guy is talking about himself in the 3rd person" and I go "What did you say?" and then doesn't say anything. All the equipment was in great shape although the top shelves were a little dusty. This location has a lot of work to do. I processed an order on the app on a Friday for pickup and it was Sunday and I had not received a call or an email regarding the status of my order. I decided to call in to check on it and they couldn't find my order. After several times of being put on hold they finally found it and told me it was cancelled since "Friday." The last couple of times I was here I remembered the horrible customer service and there was no employees to be found when I needed help.All that has changed now thanks to new management. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed any assistance in finding any particular items,great start.As I strolled through the various sections of the store I noticed that the manager was everywhere,making sure all his staff members were on point.I also notified that everyone he came across he gave the best service possible.And since the last time I came through,this store seems more organized and clean.I didn't buy anything but as I was existing the store I noticed a sign saying "if you weren't satisfied give me an opportunity to assist" with a business card holder.This guy is really serious about customer service.
