One minute later, she returned from the back and stated they didn't have my size. She handed me one size smaller and one size larger. I tried both on and stated that they did not fit. At that time, she said I can loosen the laces on the smaller shoe, and then stated that they ran big. I repeated they didn't fit. I then told her, I would think about a different color and return to purchase them when I decide. Immediately after I finished my sentence, she seemed disinterested, rolled her eyes, and walked away from me without saying a word. This caused me to not want to purchase shoes from this location. My mom was with me and also was annoyed with the employees because she asked a question about a pair of Birkenstock sandals and they both looked at each other and started laughing. Overall this was not a pleasant experience and I believe that customer service should be top priority. I will not purchase shoes from this location in the future.
