I love this WSS they have very good selection of shoes! The staff is very nice and attentive. It's a very wide store as well and it's always clean in there! Good deals on shoes and clothes. I like going to this store, there's a girl there who is always so nice. I get my kids all their shoes there which is helpful. One stop for all, with a big family that's the way to go. But last Sunday the guy that I checked out with, seemed so impatient. Almost like he didn't want to help me. I had questions he told me to call customer service. Put the girl back at the front, I don't know her name but she is customers service you want. I've been going there for a long time and he didn't use my rewards because he said it didn't match what he had. I said can you input it again he said I did, I can't help you. It did not fit my family so I wanted to make a return, and they say I need to go back to where I got it like wtf? I came on Sunday August 27th to return shoes, and I had the receipt, so I didn't think there would be a problem. The first cashier told me I could not return shoes because I did not have sneaker bucks promotion card. When I explained the return policy, had no mention of having to have this sneaker bucks promotion card they said that was the rule. When I asked to speak to the supervisor the cashier Emanuel said I am the supervisor. Once i asked to speak to their supervisor, the other cashier, Melissa, who stated was assistant manager stated I had to have sneaker bucks promotion card no exceptions or I would not get refund. I had to drive home and, luckily I didn't throw away this promotion $25 rebate card which you can probably get anywhere, and afterwards I was able to get my refund. I'm placing this post because I'm very disappointed with the customer service I received and more that employees blameupper management, including district manager, for store issues instead of taking responsibility. If you buy anything from this store, hold all your receipts, rebate cards, store bag or you might not get as lucky as me to get your refund. I try to support local businesses instead of buying from major online retailers, but when you get treated badly, it makes me upset because my money helps support these local businesses. Not a great feeling having to run tasks on a Sunday when it could have been resolved initially. read more

The store is really clean and well stocked. However, the shopping experience is pretty ghetto. Upon arrival, I was not "allowed" in because I had a possible return. I wanted to browse the store before returning my items. Instead, they confiscated my bag and held it at the front counter. Then, not 1 employee greeted us or offered any customer service. When I purchased the pair of shoes they asked for my ID. I can't even remember the last time a store asked to see my ID. They treat you like a thief. The rewards program is stupid. My husband placed it under his name. Although we have the same last name and address I cannot redeem the rewards because he must be present along with his ID. It's a rewards program! Thieves work here they didn't have my shoes but had the shirt that I ordered online. My order was paid for. I was upset and left canceling my order since I needed the shoes more than a shirt. I left the shirt in the managers hands. They still charged my card and said I took the item. Safe to say I asked for camera review. I'm about to file fraud cause I didn't leave with anything! The wss overall looks nice, but there isn't enough people to help you out with trying on shoes. On some pairs you can only get one shoe so it's really hard to see if you like them. Wow, we went to this store to get shoes but walked into a dramatic zoo. First off, this was one of the worst WSS we've been to. It was dirty, unorganized, and very unfriendly and unhelpful people. Kids were running freely as though it was a playground. I didn't mind until a kid rammed me in the stomach with his head. After all the chaos and dodging of other zoo traffic, finally found shoes. Two stars because I love the variety of shoes, clothes and low prices. On the other hand management is terrible! I went in to exchange a dress I bought. So I grabbed the replacement and walked up to the counter. I put both the item I wanted to exchange and the new one on the counter for the "Manager" to ring up. Right away she said: "you can't bring this clothes inside with you." (not even a hello how are you) She went on to explain the store policy (which was not posted anywhere in the store) that states returned items should be left at the counter until the customer is ready to exchange. She didn't say it so nicely but that's what I translated it to. If that was the case then the bimbo sitting at the entrance should have told me that instead of letting me walk in with purchased merchandise in a WSS bag. i went into this store looking for some white chick taylor high top converse. I was 8 months pregnant at the time and my son was gifted some converse, and as a first time mom I wanted to make with him so I went in to buy some. I was told they didn't have my size in store and that I could order online to see what store has them in stock and they would ship them to my house. so that's what I did. when i received the shoes i didn't pay any mind to open the box because I had just given birth and was dealing with my new life as a mother with a newborn. when i finally came around to using them I quickly noticed that they shipped me 2 left shoes. I called the store in which i ordered the shoes and they told me to contact customer service. Later that day i called customer service and spoke with a representative that told me there was nothing that could be done since they're 30 day return policy was over. I got transferred to the customer service manager and all he kept telling me was "my hands are tied" I am not even looking for a refund, i don't want the money back. All I want is the right shoe that I paid for. And it shouldn't be my fault that whoever shipped them out to me didn't double check them before sending them out. WSS used to offer great deals with coupons and online ordering. For some reason, they are falling apart and this store does not help. I saw a pair of vans online but was unable to buy it. It gave me the store locator and I called to make sure they have it. When I got there, they charged me fill price and the "TEAM MEMBER" Angelique said they don't honor online prices. This past Wednesday, March 28 I went to go buy a pair of shoes for my son. First of all I want to say when you step into this store the employees start following you in every single aisle asking if you need help. At the time I was ready to pay I told the cashier that I didn't have the rewards card with me at the time but to look in the computer with my phone number, I asked him if i had any rewards points that I can use, he told me I had 10 dollars rewards and said immediately that I can not use those points because it was under my husband name and he needed to be present with the ID at the time of the purchase. I told him that in the past I have used my husband points several times and he immediately responded saying that's not possible. I asked for the manager, when the manager came I told him the whole story, he told me the same thing . I told him that I can call my husband on the phone so he can talk to him , the manager was very rude and he said we don't do that. I told the cashier to cancel the purchase and I left, I will never come back here. Across the street from there there is another store "shoe city" where I was able to make exactly the same purchase at a lower price and the employee was very nice and helpful. read more

They have a great selection of shoes, however their customer service definitely needs some work. I went to exchange a pair of shoes that I had purchased 20 minutes prior, while I was waiting in line I realized that I could get a student discount, and I asked if I could apply that, she said no so then I asked for a return and a separate transaction, she refused to listen to me and wanted to do things how she saw fit, we had to actually take the box of shoes from her because she wanted to start the transaction without giving us a return. When she does the return, she refuses to utter a word to us, she doesn't even check the returned shoes and then with our purchase when we asked her for our total she says it's on the screen and she walks away from us to talk to another customer. It was not on the screen and she was rude doing it. She threw the box of shoes we were purchasing into the bag and then threw the receipt on the counter towards us and then screamed out Next. Talking to a manager, the manager then proceeded to blame us and say that all she saw was us giving her attitude and that customers always treat them wrong and I was shocked at this blatant disregard over the attitude of her employee solely because in her words "She's my best employee". If that's her best employee I wonder who her worst employee is, what kind of standards exist in this place that the second a customer disagrees with them they lose their fake smile and give out attitude.
