That dream didn't turn into reality, but what never changed was my love for this store. Even after years of going, it gives a sense of nostalgia that only 2000s kids would remember. The owner of the store is super kind and friendly. Shes a bundle of joy. Even if you're not purchasing anything, I really recommend to just go in and have a look! It could possibly bring back good memories especially if you're a fan of sanrio! A tip, they're still giving out the friend of the month keychains from last year. If you are missing some, there's still a couple of characters left if you spend $50 or more. I also got a free chococat sticker sheet for spending over $35+. The quality of the sticker sheet is very nice and I'm super happy to add this to my sticker collection.

I think the owner is a Chinese couple and I know they get stocks like every week or every other 2 weeks. What you need to know: - Most (if not all) is made in China. - One of the most decent store at the Valley Mall (let's be honest, most of the stores at the Valley Mall is ghetto and this one is one of the best I think) - Bought a gray zip-up hoodie (that I really loved) for around $20 (if you buy the same kind at the Santa Anita mall, its around $25-$30) - Fashion Statement: kinda like Forever21 or Charlotte Russe - They sell "Office Attire" (like formal pants, jacket) - They also sell party dresses (more like clubbing dresses) - Mostly casual fashionable clothes So pretty much, I love this store because its cheap and the quality is okay. The area is ghetto but this place is like a gem in the ghetto area. P.S. Don't forget to check your clothes first before you buy them.

So don't bash in this store because of the "quality." You get what you pay for. This store reminds me of Forever 21, Styles, Papaya, etc... I will def shop there again. Very happy with service, store, cleanliness and my purchase.

Prices were decent being a souvenir store, t-shirts were between $20-$30, other items range from $5-$40. We got t-shirt, magnets pack, stickers and socks from here. There were multiple staff members at the store. They were friendly and helpful. They played tic tac toe with my daughter and gave her a reward for participating. They also brought out different sizes of shirts for me from the back. Did our checkout quickly too.

This Spirit Halloween in Duarte is a seasonal pop-up store located in the plaza next to Buena Vista…read moreMarketplace. They were here last year for the month of October, and it seems they've returned for the same time this year. There's plenty of parking in this area, and it's conveniently situated next to the newly opened Dollar Tree. Out of all the Spirit Halloween stores I've visited, this one is definitely one of the nicer ones. It's larger, with more space to move around, cleaner, and much better organized, with fewer crowds compared to other locations. Right when you walk in, you're greeted by impressive Halloween displays and moving animatronics. These are available for purchase but tend to be on the pricier side. The technology behind these displays seems to have evolved, with some animatronics even featuring sensor tracking--so their faces move as if they're watching you. This year, it seems they're going for a carnival theme, with decor like the "Wheel of Fate," "Down the Duck," and "World Famous Side Shows" stage, complete with a ticket booth and a walk-through "Fun House." It's all very inventive and adds to the spooky atmosphere. There's a huge selection of Halloween-related items here, from costumes to accessories. You'll find masks, pumpkin carving kits, and an extensive collection of costumes. They have everything from the classic skeletons and ghosts to themed characters. I was particularly impressed by the Spongebob, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Five Nights at Freddy's, and Harry Potter sections. However, the costumes are on the expensive side--for example, the Squidward inflatable costume is a hefty $59.99! Some of these costumes, like Mermaid Man & Barnacle Boy, could easily be made for cheaper with a bit of DIY effort. Regardless, if you're looking to get into the Halloween spirit, this is a great spot to visit. The displays are fun, the selection is wide, and even though the prices can be high, it's still worth checking out for the experience alone.

Not only that since we purchased, he would not charge extra for heming the dresses. One star rating because the style and color were nice and was what we all agreed upon. 1. The dresses did not arrived as said. They were delayed since they are coming from China and the next time we came back the dresses were in customs at LA X. We returned 2 days prior to wedding to discover that my dress was a 3 XXL at the bust. It should have been XL.. I CERTAINLY DID NOT WANT THEM TO TAMPER WITH ALTERATIONS. 2. William said the cost of heming was 25 dollars. We told him No that he was saying something different now. He maintained and used a supposed loophole and that was "I did not add that to the receipt if that was true". We ended up with 20 dollars extra for heming. Yes I realize that is cheap for heming, but remember he told all of us no charge for heming. My dress was so loose that I had to buy an $$$ bra that might help fill the gap. I was nervous the entire time I was wearing the dress that it was a relief to change clothes. We will Not return, EVER!
