I've managed to find tops on 2 separate visits. One sale item was around $8, and a normal priced top I bought recently was around $13. The quality is similar to Forever 21, but the prices are much lower. It's never super busy, so the 5 changing rooms are plenty. So I went around grabbing anything and pretty much everything that caught my eye in the smallest size they make (small) and surprisingly most of the clothes were pretty flattering. The girl working was very nice started a dressing room for me and was actually very helpful. She offered me a very plain loose black tube top dress with a nice fabric and when I came out of the dressing room scrunching it up she suggested I try it with a belt and it really made the difference it is so cute! I also got a really cool rainbow backless shirt. I love this store, although they really need to make XXSmall sizes (i definitaly would have bought more stuff) but I am definitaly going back. We walked in the store and the Sales Associate greeted us. For the downtown los angeles clothing they sell their prices are a bit high. There are sprinkles of designer jeans (True Religion, Citizen of Humanity) here and there which I guess justifies how they can mark up some of the other pieces of clothing. I found Peli's Fashion on Yelp and decided to try. I called and got a REALLY fair quote. I swung by to show her my sweater right away. Located in the pink and green plaza on Garvey Ave, I stepped into a crowded mom and pops clothing boutique and out she pops from the back area. Our exchange was short. While we were figuring out the pickup time (they close early on Saturdays and even earlier that particular Saturday), she just said "ok" and quietly went back to her work area and immediately worked on my sweater. She was very kind to prioritize me and completed everything within 10 min. I gave her extra as tip for not just fair pricing, but her kindness and professional work.
