I believe Jasmine who is the store manager claiming that she cannot do anything since my order saids it has been picked up . She doesn't even check in her system to see anything goes wrong , claiming that it is my fault not to pick up on time , she cannot do anything for me since she wasn't there when I pick up . Very bad attitude and bad experience , would not shop at this location again !!!

For example, for $5 you can selected 25 onesies, pants, etc. What a deal! I've now spread the word to a lot of my mommy friends! If you're patient enough, you can find some excellent semi-designer items on the racks. I found a beautiful Janie & Jack dress for $9! The lady working the store (I wish I remembered her name) was SO incredibly friendly and helpful. I will continue to support this shop despite living 20+ minutes away.

I called the location and asked if someone else could pick it up since I couldn't and that's when I discovered the order was cancelled. I was extremely disappointed because I wasn't notified and the reminder emails did not tell me it would be cancelled by a certain date, which I thought would have been helpful being that I was going through tough circumstances. I expressed my concerns to Anna (the manager) and she did help me by pulling the items again and giving me the same rate I originally purchased them for. They also allowed for someone else to pick them up. I really appreciate her taking the time to do this as I know it's out of normal procedure. Please consider including the cancellation date on the reminder emails and text messages and it wouldn't hurt for the stores to call directly to remind. I know if that would have been done, my situation would have been avoided. Thanks again Anna for your help in the manner!

The Unicorn Store is down an alley way (I guess you can say behind Sephora). I have always wanted…read moreto visit this store because it just peaked my interest but have only visited Old Town Pasadena at night, after they were closed. But this past Sunday, my husband, our little girl dog and I finally got a chance to visit since we were visiting Old Town Pasadena during the afternoon. When we walked in, we were greeted by an employee behind the register at the back of the store. This store is very cute and really would be a little girl's dream because of all the unicorns, pink, glitter and sparkle. I ended up purchasing a mermaid coloring book for my nieces to add to their Christmas gifts that I have for them, but not sure if they are even into mermaids (and my husband doesn't seem to know either if they are or if they are into unicorns. These little girls change their interests so often it is hard to keep up). But I'd love to take them to this store and see if they would want anything (and knowing me, I would most likely let them each pick out one item and I would purchase it for them). Overall, I really enjoyed my shopping visit and would come back for gifts in the future (maybe could also find a fun white elephant gift or a secret santa gift in here too).
