Rudest business people I've ever met horrible service and nothing positive about this business

Not surprised to see this place with only 1 star reviews. Too bad we can't give 0 star as that's what the service here deserves. The female owner service is so terrible you wonder how these guys stay in business. The female owner walked into my friend while she was in one of the changing stalls, no knocking, no introducing herself or anything. Luckily she was dressed as there's guys around who would have seen her. The owner starts grabbing the dress to see the fit without asking then begins her pushy sales pitch. My friend asks how much the dress cost, the owner says $200 but they'll sell for $100. My friend asks if they have it in another size, she says no without checking. She's barking at us the whole about how we had to buy it, its the last one in the store its going to be gone if you don't buy it. She seems to get pissed at anyone in the store who would try something on without buying it. She leaves while my friends changes back. We put it on the rack. She comes back and asks us where we put it. We point at it and tell her thanks but we need to think about it. She then grabs the dress and says we're going to put it up front and its going to be gone when you come back. Lol all she is doing is guaranteeing that we don't return to the store so we don't have to be subjected to her "service" again. Oh and on the way out of the store we see a few more of the exact same dress, including the perfect size my friend was looking for. The best part was they each had a price sticker on them for $67. So much for being $200 or the last dress in the store. Had the owner not given us such bad service my friend would of glady bought it but there's no way we're buying anything after such terrible treatment. My friend being the nice person she is still smiles and says thanks to her on the way out. The owner doesn't make eye contact or say anything back, she justs talks to the husband owner in a very harsh tone in korean obviously talking smack about us. Come in at your own risk. Horrible service! I'd give zero stars if possible! I came with my sister to look for dresses to wear to a wedding and the owner approached us and asked if we were looking for anything specific. He then led my sister to the counter to look at a catalogue while I continued to look through the racks. He then insisted I look at the catalogue with my sister ... he didn't even want me to look at the dresses in his store without being supervised! Every time my sister picked a dress, be told her he didn't have it in stock and would have to order it. She picked one and he wanted her to pay $185 up front without even trying it on and no refunds even if it didn't fit or if she didn't like it! When we told him and his wife it was out of our of price range, they yelled at us and said that we wouldn't find a dress we liked under $100 anywhere. As we walked out, his wife commented very loudly, "Why did you even come here then?" Rude rude rude, money hungry and they pressure you to make purchases! We ended up going across the street and bought a beautiful blue dress for less than $50. read more

Back away from them please omg worst but worst experience ever trust me ! My husband and another couple got into a big argument with them even cops showed up to handle it down . Don't get me wrong he treats you really nice when purchasing even his wife they make it so convincing but then when it comes to picking up they don't have it . Horrible, went in tried looking around and all the dresses are really old so. The owner some asian guy told me to come to the front to show me his books showing really nice styles, styles that of course he does NOT HAVE THEIR. But that he can have before the date i need it by. Went in to pick up as he said it would be ready by 10:00am i get there at 12 ishh dress isn't there so they call him and he says ok I'll be there in 30min, that time passes and he says another 30 minutes. Mind u my event is Saturday and if he doesn't get this I'm dress less. He arrives 2 hours later i tried talking to him on the phone telling him i wanted my money back and he would tell the girls that not to because they didn't have that amount... He ends up showing up with my dress... No other discount is offered for his mess up, he had my deposit of 100 already so i just ended up taking my dress. I don't recommend this place... I will never go back. So much for shopping in your own city, supporting small shops. read more

Horrible place! Worst customer service ever! I went to look for a dress for myself, I was about 5 months pregnant and had my two year old daughter with me! The owner started YELLING at me because I was supposedly pulling on the dresses when I was simply just moving them to see all the dresses! He yelled at me in front of my two year old, she got scared! He was a complete jerk and made me cry! I ended up calling the cops on him because he kept on verbally abusing me! I will never ever step inside that store again. read more

What an awful experience! The owner loves you if you're buying from her and hates you if you take more than an hour to shop for a dress. I was helping my niece shop for her prom dress on April 16th. She priced it at $150 (I wouldn't pay more than $50 for it) and she dropped it down to $70 in five minutes. My niece liked it, but I was concerned about the plunge cut. I called her dad and the owner was upset. She said that we were wasting her time. I couldn't believe it. My niece started to look at another dress and she told us to get out and stop wasting her time (she was helping other customers...we were not even bothering her). As we walked out she yelled out "Don't come back." Please do not shop here. read more

This place is horrible! My mom sold them her gold, they pay her with a check that ended up been returned with no funds. Now they are refusing to pay my Mom for the gold. After seen all the reviews it seems to me that they are a fraud business. Im putting a police report and take them to court. read more

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO BUY A DRESS!!!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS THAT WOULD STILL BE TOO GOOD. They took my daughters $180 almost two months ago for a prom dress. The prom has come and gone and we still have NO DRESS. The wife threatened to call the police on me and the husband said I cost him a sale...NO I DIDNT, THEY DID IT THEMSELVES! When the other customer could overhear tailoring is extra, the dress does not arrive on time to get it tailored and THEY ORDER THE WRONG SIZE. They should have their business license taken away. I did not read the reviews prior to going to browse for dresses for me and my daughter on 5/16/18. The shop moved across the street. During small talk, the male owner said they didn't need a big space. The store is so packed full of dresses, there's no room to look through the racks. He handed me 3 catalogs to view. I told him I needed to buy 2 dresses, but my daughter was not with me. He said, "Buy your dress now and buy your daughter's later." I disregarded that imposing comment. He was really pressuring me to buy this $155 lace combo dress. Once I agreed, he said they only take cash and asked me if I had a debit card and proceeded to walk to an ATM. I told him I will get cash at the bank down the street and he said, "I'll go with you to the bank." That comment made me uneasy. So, I told him, I will come back after I look at this dress at Macy's. He offered to lower the price and offered free alterations. He even said that whatever dress I get at Macy's I will end up spending at least $40 in alterations. So what? It's not about the money. I came with a wedding party and we found dresses for 4 bridesmaids. We were told by William, the owner that if we purchased that day would give us a Good price. Not only that since we purchased, he would not charge extra for heming the dresses. One star rating because the style and color were nice and was what we all agreed upon. 1. The dresses did not arrived as said. They were delayed since they are coming from China and the next time we came back the dresses were in customs at LA X. We returned 2 days prior to wedding to discover that my dress was a 3 XXL at the bust. It should have been XL.. I CERTAINLY DID NOT WANT THEM TO TAMPER WITH ALTERATIONS. 2. William said the cost of heming was 25 dollars. We told him No that he was saying something different now. He maintained and used a supposed loophole and that was "I did not add that to the receipt if that was true". We ended up with 20 dollars extra for heming. Yes I realize that is cheap for heming, but remember he told all of us no charge for heming. My dress was so loose that I had to buy an $$$ bra that might help fill the gap. I was nervous the entire time I was wearing the dress that it was a relief to change clothes. We will Not return, EVER! read more

NEVER SHOP HERE! I can't belive this place is in business. I needed a dress for this weekend, was so excited to walk in and see they had a HUGE SELECTION. Which apparently is only for show. They only want me to order a dress from a catalog. She would not let me look around for my size. She happened to have a dress next to her that was my size. I was lucky enough to try on 3 dresses. When I wanted to keep looking she said "NO ENOUGH you tried on 3 buy one or get out, your giving me a head ach." I was shocked that a STORE OWNER DOESN'T WANT TO SELL WHAT'S ON HAND. I said if that's how you feel I'll leave. Thank you you have a nice day. She said DON'T COME BACK TO MY STORE. WHT WOULD I EVER GO BACK YOU DON'T WANNA HELP ME NOW. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. this place has horrible service such as i ordered a dress weeks ahead of prom so i can have it on time and when i went to pick it up they said it won't come until a week after prom !!!!!! i was really pissed ... the guy told me to order another 3 dress so i did just in case he does not have the first and he said he will call me on monday saying if its available and he never did !!!!! i tried calling him and the phone was not even in service so imma go on wednesday and complain about it because i payed a good amount of money for it and I'm not losing my money and prom is two weeks from now !!!!!! plus they have a suspended license so I'm going to complain about it to the city !!!!!! read more

I took my daughter to look for a dress for her winter ball. While in the store I noticed the owner having a dispute with a customer. That should of been my clue to leave. It was short notice & her dance was in 3 days. The lady handed me a catalog to view dresses. She already had the measuring tape in her hand. They don't allow you to view actual dresses. I asked if I could see a sample of the material of dress. They kept avoiding it. We did pick a dress. They only take cash, so she said they'res an ATM across the street. She actually said, she would go with me. I did give her money for dress. When the dress came in. My daughter tried it on & did like it. The material on dress was very cheap, for the $ I paid. But I bought it anyway.When my daughter tried on the dress, I told the lady my daughter doesn't need any help trying on. It seemed like she,was going to go inside room with her. Her husband came later and made an inappropriate comment. He said, "I will pay to see her". Meaning to see her in dressing room. I had told her she is very private & doesn't need any assistance with trying on dress. Which is why he made that disgusting comment. I took dress and left. They are very pushy & something is not right with this business. I wish we could put them out of business. They are crooked people & mistreat customers. I'm thinking of filing some kind of consumer complaint against this business. I urge anyone that is reading this, to do the same. read more
