One week passed and no update, so I called in and was informed there was a discrepancy with my address, and they informed me that my order would be shipped out that same day or the next day. The next day I called again because I hadn't received a tracking number, and they informed I would have my item shipped out that day or the next day. Finally the next day comes and I get an email from them stating that one of my items was defective and could not be sent out (the more exclusive hat of the 2 that I bought). I called in to get the same representative, Abraham (Shipping Department Manager) and he stated that the item was defective and I asked what was defective about it. He informed it wasn't actually defective it was just oversold. My order went from being packaged and ready, to not being sent, to processing, to being defective, to not being defective and being oversold. Be aware.
