She really listened, made me feel comfortable, and invited me to their Monday 6 PM runs and other events it felt very personal and genuine. I know there aren't too many days retail stores for Allbirds at all so it was a great treat to be able to try them on and not have to blindly guess a model and size that I'm staring at online. I Had a horrible experience at this shop. First of all I got lowballed by an employee so bad about 40$ when i was offered $250 at other shoe store like sole stage for my shoes. I immediately turned the offer down and proceed to leave the store. I didn't think anything of it and return looking for shoes the next week. As I was looking around a mother and son were also looking for shoes. An employee with a beard was taking photos of the kid on his phone, and laughing and joking around with another kid in the back. I pretended not to notice, I could tell the kid and his mother knew what was happening. HOW EMBARASSING! You are in a working environment! Not a playground! this store has so much potential! Only up 3 weeks and has VERY great deals. Its a CONSIGNMENT shop NOT a retail store. So be expected to pay a tad bit more, but they are very difficult finds. Very helpful workers and owner. Definitely a store to keep an eye on! read more
