Stumbled across Endangered LA a couple months ago killing some time in Pasadena waiting for a reservation at a sushi restaurant around the corner. I am pretty new to the Sneaker World and have a modest collection of Jordan 1 Highs. The employees were all super friendly and didn't try to "cool-guy" me like some other shops that are in the same category. The organization of the shoes inside makes it really easy to find what you're looking for and their website is constantly being updated with new inventory that comes into their shop. The pricing is very fair and is competitive with anything you would search on Stock X. They have new and used shoes available and also have some cool kids shoes in stock. Great experience at Endangered. I called and confirmed they have the 380s - awesome. They picked up immediately and were able to confirm without even checking. Amazing. Every other place I called I had to wait at least 2-5 minutes on hold. I drove up from south Madison Heights and parked on the side street with bakery. Smelled great! Store has enough space even in these times to allow a comfortable browsing experience as long as it is not busy. I ended up asking for the incorrect size for the Adidas Yeezy Boost 380 Onyx non reflective, and got a different size one half size up from my normal. I'm thankful that I was asked if I wanted to try the original size I assumed I needed so I could determine the correct sizing for me. This is the clear competitive advantage of shopping locally and at a brick and mortar location. I was able to inspect my shoes to ensure there were no unacceptable defects on the spot and the box which I care about keeping in good condition. To top it all off, the size I ended up with was a significant discount to prices on the market for the aforementioned 380s in that size and the previous half size down, so I ended up saving money choosing to head over to Endangered. Shopping local pays! It's objectively a better experience and ensures businesses that operate at a high level of professionalism will survive and add to our community in Pasadena and Los Angeles in general. Endangered represents this very well and exceeds my very high expectations when it comes to retail shopping experiences. This place has a ton of brands that rep the culture. Stumbled across this store named Endangered in my hometown of Pasadena. Went inside and owner Darren made me feel very welcome. His employees were also very helpful and helped me locate the exact shoe I was looking for. Crazy at how many new and used shoes they have, and they are all priced very fairly. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to buy from a hassle free, and friendly store at the fairest prices possible. I live within a mile and recently discovered this shop. I have been to a few of the consignment shops within the local malls (ie: Santa Anita, Cerritos, Citadel, etc.) and was always blown away the prices they had for new and used. The store was well organized based on size and had a ton of options in varies price ranges. I prefer used shoes, as I wear all the shoes I purchase. This shop has a really great selection to choose from -- and they aren't beaters. I was able to find a pair of Yeezys in my size in good condition for a very reasonable price. These guys were easy to work with and made my visit quick and painless. I will be returning often. read more

This shop is a hit or miss for a lot of stuff I took in 4 pairs of shoes to hopefully get my grails that they had. They offered me the lowest of the low I understand that they do need to make a profit and I went in where they can make money but cut my offer by half. They always tend to low ball your value of shoes no matter what they are. I've been coming to this shop for about a year now and it get worse when they don't want to work with the clients and have there prices way to high. I always rather make the trip to coolkicks since they have better prices and won't low ball. Just be warned when coming to the shop ether to buy or sell. read more

This store is dope. They have a great selection of shoes and clothing and the best part is their super friendly staff. Darren and Darin are awesome guys. They are always courteous and accommodating whenever I have stopped by the store. They greet all their customers and aren't hovering over you to make you feel uncomfortable or pressured. In my experience, many other Sneaker shops have staff members that are stuck up or just aren't very friendly. They carry all sorts of items from Jordans, Kobes, Boost, and also tons of Supreme and Bape items. You can find some greats deals and steals here and there. I went there and was really underwhelmed. They do not have their shoes organized well. Their selection is mediocre. They also sell USED shoes...as in WORN. I can't get my mind beyond that because what if the previous owner had a fungus or something? Unfortunately we are at a point where there are tons of common J's and you have to look hard for the rare ones. Unfortunately they didn't have lots of the rare ones that are special. They didn't have many Foamposites. Even their website has room for improvement. read more

The only reason I even know about this place is because my husband is a sneakerhead haha he's been taking his shoes here for the past few years and has such great service and experience getting his stuff sold. I only had one pair worth selling, this pair of Nike Air Max that were a special release with a Japanese floral design. Anyway, I felt like I didn't need another pair and so I took them there to get sold. They featured them on Instagram and they sold right away! I find the staff super friendly, Darin was very accommodating, and I even played their shoe key game. Didn't win anything but such a fun feature at their store. This store has the worst employees ever, they just sit behind the counter and look at you strangely. If you ask to see a shoe in the shoe case, they will hold the shoe and not let you look at it, or they will just say no. They also overcharge for the items they sell, and lowball for items they buy. They dont even know how to tell the difference between fake and real shoes. RIFLA is way better, the employees are nice and helpful, the store is organized, and the prices are good. This is my go-to spot to buy and sell shoes. I break it down into a few important aspects: 1. Service: the whole crew there is helpful and open to look out for any shoes you're looking for. Prices: this place has the best prices in the area, especially better than RIF and sole stage. You gotta be following them on ig to make sure to pick up pairs as soon as they're posted. J's, Yeezy's, boost, they got it 3. Vibes: the place has a great design. Nice hardwood floors, almost like a basketball court, wall to wall shoe display, and even a sweet showcase.
