I was so glad that there was a b&m Allbirds location here in old town Pasadena. I wanted to try on the different shoe sizes because I had originally gone certificate to buy some shoes and the team here were phenomenal and very accommodating. They had brought out a bunch of different styles in different sizes for me. Unfortunately, I would say everything was so comfortable that it didn't help narrow my decision down. They have a full sizes for most of their shoes, but for couple models they do have half sizes I think the ones are a little more sporty where they would have half sizes. I know there aren't too many days retail stores for Allbirds at all so it was a great treat to be able to try them on and not have to blindly guess a model and size that I'm staring at online. I was on the prowl for a good, quality pair of waterproof/water resistant shoes that are lightweight and comfortable without breaking the bank. Teddy and Irene provided first class service during my first visit ever to an Allbirds store. Teddy answered all of my questions and was never pushy. He even put up with my friend who was giving him some shenanigans, lol. Prior to my arrival, I dug deep on the internet comparing brands and asking friends for recommendations. Thank you Daniel C. for your input! When I first walked in, I wasn't sure if I would make an actual purchase, as I really just wanted to try them on. I wear anything from a size 7.5 to 9, depending on the type and brand of the shoe. I tried on a 9 and 8.5, and eventually went with the 9. The 8.5 fit, but my flat feet felt tight in them, especially in the arch area. I like to have extra wiggle room in the toe box area, especially if I plan to wear thicker socks. After trying on a few pairs, my friends and I decided to get some ice cream while I made a decision: to buy or not to buy? We returned a short time later, and I ultimately decided on the Wool Dasher Mizzles. The quality of the shoes speaks for itself. I especially like the cushion tab around the heel area. They won't require break-in time and the grip on the bottom of the soles will come in handy should I come across any wet cobblestone roads in my travels. A few things to note: they don't price match their website prices, but they do offer a first timer and military discount both in-store and online (per Teddy). Discounts can't be stacked, so it's one or the other. I wasn't aware, but with every shoe purchase, you get a free pair of laces, your choice! Sweet! I scored BIG on my purchase thanks to Teddy. Irene was very pleasant as she completed my transaction. I am delighted with these snazzy pillows for my feet (yes, they feel like walking on clouds!) and I now have one less thing to worry about for my upcoming trip. I initially ordered 2 pairs of shoes from their website - both the wool ones. As a resident of So Cal, Wool is just too warm for our weather. So I went to the Pasadena location to return them. The associate that assisted me was very helpful and at some point I felt bad for trying on so many pairs of shoes, Mostly because of the shoes only come in full sizes and not half sizes. I've bought Allbirds in the past and had some issues with them re: sizing and quality, and the staff in this store has gone above and beyond in resolving the issues for me. Initially, I was wary that the issue would truly be dealt with fully to my satisfaction, but again, staff was wonderfully pleasant and definitely did so. Recently, walking by the store too I've also been impressed with the amount of options they've had for casual, athletic, and professional pursuits. Why have we not met sooner, Allbirds? You're store is very welcoming and your shoes are amazing! I have had the most challenging time finding another pair of everyday and running shoes. My all time regular standby shoes have undergone a change leaving me in a pinch. What makes this extra challenging is that I wear a most unique size. So what's a girl to do? Fortunately, my brother saw an add for Allbirds and we went for a ride. Never did I dream of finding shoes such comfortable shoes that my feet just slipped into and felt like they're wearing cozy gloves! Nice assortment of colors and sizes. The store is airy and welcoming and located on a corner. Salespersons are super helpful and friendly. I had the pleasure of working with Ashley who was very patient, helping me get a perfect fit. Bought two pairs and was informed of their 30 guarantee. The shoes can be worn and even returned for a refund within that time. I've already worn one pair several times and they're keepers. The way the other pair fits, I trust it will be a keeper, too. Highly recommend, parking can be tricky, so be patient. I wish there were more Allbirds locations! Not only do they have comfortable shoes, they are environmentally friendly! They sell water resistant, running, walking, flats, slip-ons, and sandals. Two of the workers here are incredible. They are professional, courteous, and really helpful. However, there is another employee who is incredibly unprofessional. When we walked in, he was openly speculating that someone across the street was drunk. He freaked out when he had to convert from a women's to a men's size, and he then gossiped loudly while customers were in the store. I sincerely hope that he gets retrained because his customer service was poor at best. Otherwise, the shop's location is great and their shoe selection is excellent. We've been buying Allbirds for a few years now. They're nice and comfortable but costly. We recently ordered online and received five pairs of new Allbirds for the family, to the tune of just under $500. We have two pairs that are worn out. Our physical trainer mentioned that if we return old pairs of Allbirds to the store for recycling, we will receive a discount towards the purchase of new Allbirds. We called the Pasadena CA store to check into this. First, the employee said that was a promotion and no longer valid, then came back after speaking with her manager apologizing they don't do that any more. Really? We just spent a lot of money on five pairs and you can't make an exception for a loyal customer? Not loyal any more. read more

Wow all of the staff here is amazing! I went in to purchase some shoes I had on hold and markis was the one to help me out. As I tried on the shoes and chit chatted with him I mention a specific pair I was looking for. He informed me that the shoe is actually being discontinued but hopefully the warehouse may have a few in stock. We'll low and behold the warehouse had 1 showing in stock. And Markis told me that it may take a bit for the warehouse to locate the shoes since only 1 was available. I was more then okay with that however the next day my shoes were shipped! Had a great experience at Allbirds! So great to be able to finally try on in store vs just ordering online. Where to start...?! STAFF. Best customer service I have experienced in a good while thanks to team member Mary Jane. I spent a good 30 minutes or more with her trying on 4-5 different styles of shoes. She was really cool and honest about what the best style would be for me considering what I described I was looking for (super comfortable everyday shoe). She gave great advice and was really easy going and helpful. They have a nice selection of their own line of activewear (def spotted some things I want). The store itself is sizable, open with great lighting, and inviting. Well ventilated too with the big doors open. 09.06.2021 I spotted the store and I knew I had to convince my friends to go in. This was my first time ever stepping into an allbirds store. It's so clean and bright, I wish I took more photos of the store, this is the only photo I haveThe staff there was amazing I wish I got their names! If anyone can help me out so I can give them a shout out! They were so helpful! so patience! so nice! Very knowledgeable. We stayed in the store for almost an hour and had great conversation with all 3 staff. I tried on mutiple pairs of shoes got honest feed back from the staff, I had such a hard time debating between the "runners" and "piper" I ended up deciding on the runners which did not have my size but The staff was able to help me order one online to get itshipped to my home in San Francisco. my boyfriend and 3 friends ended up each purchasing a pair. I heard allbirds were comfy. But did you know they are eco friendly, shoes were made with bamboo, wool, sugar cane and eucalyptus. &Laces are made with recycled plastic. Also fun fact! I wasn't planning on coming into the store but was browsing Old Town Pasadena after a UCLA game one early fall Saturday evening. I saw a color of a shoe that I liked and despite it not being in stock, the staff was not pushy and rather the right amount of attentive. Especially the tall Caucasian gentleman as he was my primary sales associate, though the entire team was very friendly. To give some context, I'm familiar with Allbirds having owned a pair from before they ever had stores and purchased a second online, and a 3rd in a store (great service at Fashion Valley too). And yet, the gentleman was able to give me greater insight into the fits of the overall product. I've only had the original Wool Runners and the Mizzle. So, to be educated about the Tree Runners and even the apparel was very helpful. And again, they were not pushy. The shoe color I did want was not in stock, and I was suggested an alternative. My associate took the time to make sure I was getting the right shoe and the right fit and wasn't willing to let me "settle" which was amazing. And here I thought I knew all I needed to know about Allbirds. I went from coming in and not needing anything (again, own 3 pairs already) and ended up getting two pairs of shoes and a t-shirt.
